The invention relates to oil refining and gas processing industries. The fuel contains no more than 0.01% methane, ethane 6,0-16,0%, not more than 40.0% propane, less than 3% of the C 5 hydrocarbons and up, the rest - the amount of C 4 hydrocarbons. Fuel composition is one in summer and winter, reduced values Joule-Thompson effect, which facilitates the evaporation of the fuel, but also increases the caloric value of fuel, which results in a smaller reduction of engine power when transferring the vehicle from petrol to LPG.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to oil refining and gas processing industry, in particular for fuel for road transport.

The closest analogue to the present invention is a motor fuel for road transport LPG (propane-butane automobile) containing methane, ethane, propane, the amount of C 4 hydrocarbons, the amount of hydrocarbons C 5 and above (see. GOST 27578-87 "hydrocarbon liquefied gases for Road transport ").

The disadvantage of this fuel is that when it is used in the summer and winter, it has a different quantitative composition of the components, which in turn leads to a change of its caloric content, saturated vapor pressure under the same conditions and, consequently, the need of adjustment motor evaporation reducer .

When creating the present invention solves the technical problem of creating fuel a composition suitable for use in summer and winter, reducing the value of the Joule-Thomson effect, which facilitates the evaporation of the fuel, but also increase the caloric content of the fuel, resulting in lower than the prototype reduce car capacity when translating from petrol to LPG.

Posed technical problems are solved in a motor fuel for motor vehicles, containing methane, ethane, propane, the amount of C 4 hydrocarbons and the amount of C 5 hydrocarbons and up in the following ratio of the mixture by weight. %:

Methane - not more than 0.01

Ethan - 6,0-16,0

Propane - Not more than 40.0

The amount of hydrocarbons C 5 and higher - not more than 3

The amount of C 4 hydrocarbons - Other

Liquefied ethane, butane fuel for road transport was prepared as follows.

The liquid butane fraction composition, wt. % Propane - 1.2, the amount of C 4 hydrocarbons - 97.5, the amount of C 5 hydrocarbons and up - 1.30 is fed to the top of the absorber. In the lower part of the absorber is fed ethane fraction gaseous composition by weight. % Methane - 0.0003, ethane - 82,0, propane - 17.0, butane - rest. The absorber operates in a countercurrent mode. Butane fraction, flowing down the absorber is saturated ethane fraction and removed from the bottom of the absorber has a final motor fuel for road transport and excessive content of ethane fraction is withdrawn from the top of the absorber.

The result is a motor fuel the following composition. %:

Methane - 0.0004

Ethan - 9.83

Propane - 3.1

The amount of hydrocarbons C 5 and above - 0.27

The amount of C 4 hydrocarbons - Other

The highest and the lowest combustion heat is respectively 123 and 114 kJ / l. For the PBA, meeting the requirements of GOST 27578-87, these indicators have values 114 and 105 kJ / l.

The most important indicator along with calorific value which characterizes the performance of the motor fuel is the saturated vapor pressure at different temperatures. This indicator motor fuel was calculated with the use of state of Peng-Robbins, implemented in the software Gibbs complex.

Vapour Pressure (gauge) of the claimed fuel calculated at various temperatures, was as follows:

At a temperature of +45 o C - 1.15 MPa

At a temperature of -35 o C - 0.08 MPa

Analysis of the results indicates that the calculated value of the saturated vapor pressure of the resulting mixture of the claimed motor fuel components comply with the requirements of winter and summer grade according to GOST 27578-87 "hydrocarbon liquefied gases for motor transport" and confirms the use of the claimed composition of motor fuel components mixture as a motor fuel in the summer and winter periods.

Using the claimed motor fuel allows to engage in expensive commercial products - motor fuels - less liquid fraction of ethane and n-butane.

CLAIM

Motor fuel for road transport, comprising a methane, ethane, propane, the amount of C 4 hydrocarbons and the amount of C 5 hydrocarbons and up, characterized in that the components are mixed in the following ratio, wt. %:

Methane - not more than 0.01

Ethan - 6,0-16,0

Propane - Not more than 40.0

The amount of hydrocarbons C 5 and higher - not more than 3

The amount of C 4 hydrocarbons - Other
