Usage: anaerobic wastewater treatment, utilization of solid carbon-nitrogen-containing waste in individual houses with the production of biogas for heating, water heating, cooking, lighting and the rest of biofertilizer. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION: The biogas generator comprises a housing with partitions separating it into acidic, neutral, alkaline, methane fermentation chambers disposed between the discharge pipe and the discharge branch, a grinding device with a drive shaft, blades and a perforated partition communicating the grinding device with an acid fermentation chamber at the bottom , A gas cavity in the upper part of the casing, communicated with a biogas collector, made in the form of a stationary casing with a movable casing in the upper part. The movable shell of the biogas collector is made in the form of a corrugation, hermetically sealed on a rigid body, having an upper partition made with a guide bar interacting with a rigid body tube. Removable loads are placed on the bulkhead, and the rigid body is made with a branch pipe and a branch pipe for biogas removal and a branch pipe for the drainage of water vapor condensate from biogas.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to anaerobic treatment of effluents, utilization of carbon-nitrogen-containing waste in individual houses with the production of biogas for heating, water heating, cooking, lighting and biofertilization.

A biogas generator is known, which contains a vertical casing with technological partitions, branch pipes for draining and discharge of fermentation products (Yanko VG Yanko YG Treatment of sewage and sediment in methane tanks, Kiev, 1978, page 40, figure 8), in Which is a low degree of fermentation of waste water and waste.

A biogas generator is known that contains a housing with partitions that separate acidic, neutral, alkaline, methane fermentation, a gas cavity in the upper part, and loading and unloading sockets (Viestur UE Kuznetsova AM Savenkov VV Fermentation system, Riga , 1986, pp. 18-19, figure 2.2, 2.3) , which lack is the low stability of the pressure of biogas supplied to the consumer, which reduces the efficiency of its operation.

The object of the invention is to increase the efficiency of the biogas generator - it is achieved by the fact that the movable shell of the biogas collector is made in the form of a corrugation sealed on a rigid body, and above to a movable partition made with a guide bar interacting with the rigid body tube and interchangeable weights, The rigid body is made with a supply branch pipe and a branch pipe for biogas discharge and a branch pipe for condensate drainage.

The corrugation changes the volume of the biogas collector when its consumption is uneven, and the rod and pipe provide the direction of movement of the movable partition, and due to the cargoes the required biogas pressure is provided for the consumer.

BIOGAS GENERATOR

Figure 1 schematically shows a longitudinal section of a biogas generator comprising a housing 1 with baffles 2 separating it into chambers 3-acidic, 4 neutral, 5 alkaline, 6 methane fermentation, a grinding device 9 with a drive shaft 10 is disposed between the charge pipe 7 and the discharge pipe 8, Blades 11 and a perforated baffle 12 in the lower part communicating the grinding device 9 with the acid fermentation chamber 3. In the upper part, the body 1 has a gas space 13 communicating with the biogas collector 14 in the form of a fixed housing 15 with a movable shell in the form of a bellows 16 sealed on a rigid body 15 and having a free end of the partition 17 with a guide bar 18 cooperating with Tube 19 of the rigid body 15, and on the partition 17 there are placed interchangeable weights 20, the rigid body 15 being formed with a supply branch pipe 21 and a biogas outlet branch pipe 22 and a condensate discharge pipe 23.

BIOGAS GENERATOR WORKS AS FOLLOWS:

Through the branch pipe 7, discharges of sewage and carbonaceous wastes to the grinding device 9 are carried out, the concentration being of the order of 6-10%, and the ratio between carbon and nitrogen being of the order of 20: 1. The load is crushed by the blades 11 about the protrusions of the housing of the grinding device 9 when the drive shaft 10 rotates to the particle size comparable to the size of the microorganisms during fermentation, the substrate passes through the holes of the perforated partition 12 into the acid fermentation chamber 3 and is then fermented sequentially in the chambers 4, 5 and 6. The body 1 is periodically shaken on the stop 24. The biogas formed from the gas cavity 13 through the branch pipe 21 is withdrawn to the receptacle 14. When the collector 14 is filled with biogas, the corrugations 16 made of an elastic material diverge with the increase in volume, the corrugations 16 being centered relative to the body 15 by the bar 18, Moving in the pipe 19. To create a predetermined pressure of the biogas in the collector 14, a counterweight 20 is installed on the partition 17. In the "A" position, the collection 14 of filling it with biogas is shown, and in the "B" position of emptying. At loading through a branch pipe 7, the fermented mass is simultaneously withdrawn through the branch pipe 8 and periodically condensate of water vapors from the biogas is withdrawn through the branch pipe 23.
