The invention relates to the enrichment of biogas with withdrawal from its composition of carbon dioxide, hydrogen sulfide and water vapor, the first two components absorb protococcal algae, chlorella and sulfur bacteria for example, as water vapor is separated by condensation. The method can be used in wastewater treatment plants of agriculture in the development of a protein supplement in animal feed. The inventive placed on the ceiling digester tank with a substrate supply channel and a tangential outlet channel substrate with biomass. On the bottom of the tank has perforated radial tubes, cooperating with perforated annular collector forming the circulation circuit with a fan, nozzle communicated with the gas space of the digester. enrichment process is carried out by absorption of impurities by microorganisms breeding in the substrate, and the water vapor is condensed on the condenser surface of the tent. The process is carried out in a continuous mode.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to a methane-rich biogas technology in the withdrawal from it of carbon dioxide, hydrogen sulfide and water vapor and can be used in wastewater treatment plants agriculture producing protein-vitamin supplement in feed based on protococcal algae, such as Chlorella.

A method of obtaining and purifying biogas comprising its supply from a source of a container and subsequent treatment with the condensation of water vapor, by use of which the concentration of methane in the biogas does not exceed 65 to 70 that does not allow such a biogas as a fuel in internal combustion engines [1]

The purpose of the invention increase the concentration of methane in the biogas and freeing it from impurities is achieved in that the biogas processing is carried out in the vessel by repeatedly its bubbling through the substrate layer and in a closed circulation loop with the addition of fresh biogas from the digester, wherein the substrate is cultured protococcal algae and sulfur bacteria, and the resulting water vapor is separated, covered container through the transparent tent serving condensing surface, and thus return to the substrate for algae irrigation.

Protococcal algae consume carbon dioxide for the construction of cellular material and wherein there is an increase of concentration of methane in the biogas, and hydrogen sulfide to sulfur bacteria convert the organic sulfur and the latter is used as the power element bacteria and algae.

METHOD OF CONCENTRATION OF BIOGAS

FIG. 1 shows an apparatus for performing the process of enrichment of biogas, longitudinal section; FIG. 2 section AA in FIG. 1.

Installation for implementing the method comprises a transparent tent 1, under which the posted capacity 2 channel 3 substrate supply and channel 4 Exhaust substrate with chlorella, biogas supply channel 5 with radial pipes 6 and removal of biogas as an annular collector 7 communicated with the fan 8 and pipe 9 digester 10, located under the ceiling 11 container 2. The tent is equipped with 2 lamps of 12, placed above it, and a condenser 13 mounted beneath it, and drain pipe 14 rich biogas.

Example
Processing of biogas is carried out in the container 2 by multiple its bubbling at the expiration of the radial tubes 6 through the substrate layer and in a closed circulation circuit channel 5 to the fan 8 with the addition of fresh biogas through a pipe 9 of the digester 10, wherein the substrate is cultured protococcal algae and sulfur bacteria, and the resulting water vapor is separated by a cover 2 through the transparent container tent 1 serving as a condensation surface and returned thereby to the substrate for algal irrigation. Exhaust substrate with suspended therein is withdrawn protococcal algae channel substrate 4. As clarified using animals and poultry products vital that is fed through the channel 3. The enriched biogas, whose density is significantly less than the density of carbon dioxide is removed from the tent 14 through a conduit 1 .

When growing algae protococcal costs of carbon dioxide account for more than 20 of the total expenditure, and therefore the combination of biogas enrichment to the production of the feed additive reduces the production costs.

CLAIM

A method of enrichment of biogas comprising its preparation and supply of the source of a container and subsequent treatment, wherein the treatment of the biogas is carried out in the vessel by repeatedly its bubbling through the substrate layer and in a closed circulation loop with the addition of fresh biogas from the digester, with a substrate protococcal cultured algae and sulfur bacteria, and the resulting water vapor is separated, covered container through the transparent tent serving condensing surface, and thus return to the substrate for algae irrigation.
