COMPOSITION FOR GROWING PLANTS
Name of the inventor: Panasin VI
The name of the patentee: Research and Production Association "Biohumus"
Address for correspondence:
Starting date of the patent: 1992.03.27
Use: agriculture, especially for growing plants in greenhouses. The inventive composition comprises the following components, wt. %: Dry peat moss 60.0 - 70.0; vermicompost 9.0 - 15.0, dolomite flour 7.0 - 11.0, sulfonated lignin 80 - 12.0, sawdust 5.0 - 6.0 and mineral nutritional supplements 0.56 - 0.68. Thus as mineral additives it contains trace elements and compounds crystallin chlorides and / or sulfates of zinc, copper, manganese, cobalt, molybdenum, and boric acid.
DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The invention relates to agriculture and can be used for the production of briquettes intended for growing plants, especially seedlings of vegetables and flowers.
Known composition for the production of plants, containing peat and binder. The binder composition comprises a bitumen (SU, USSR N 465765, Cl. A 01 G 9/10, 1977).
However, this composition does not allow to obtain briquettes with a high strength with a low content of bitumen and its contents at a high it is not environmentally friendly, since the bitumen remains in the soil and contaminate it. Moreover, such a composition does not contain large amounts of nutrients to stimulate plant growth.
The closest to the proposed technical essence and achieved result is a composition for the production of plants, containing peat, mineral and nutritional supplements binder. The binder composition contains a synthetic latex (auth. St. USSR N 670279, cl. A 01 G 9/10, 1975).
This composition allows to obtain briquettes only limited strength of enough dry peat. The composition is not environmentally friendly, since the latex remains in the soil and contaminate it. Moreover, such a composition comprises big enough for some crops nutrients.
The purpose of the invention - to get eco-friendly high-strength pellets of dry peat, having enhanced nutritional value.
The composition for the cultivation of plants containing peat, mineral nutritional supplements and a binder, further comprising vermicompost, dolomite flour and sawdust, as a binder contains sulfonated lignin as peat - dry peat moss in the following ratio, wt%: Dry peat moss. 60-70 Biogumus Dolomite powder 9-15 7-11 8-12 sulfonated lignin sawdust 5-6 Mineral nutrient supplements 0,56-0,68
As minerals, nutritional supplements crystallin composition may contain trace elements and compounds at the following ratio, wt.%: 0,52-0,62 crystallin microelements Salts 0.04-0.06
As compounds micronutrient composition may contain chlorides and / or sulfates of zinc, copper, manganese, cobalt, molybdenum and / or boric acid.
The main component of the composition is a dry peat moss (PCT RSFSR 734-85), which contains a minimum quantity of mineral substances having a fine fiber structure, which contributes to a strong briquettes. peat content should be 60-70 wt.%. If peat content less than 60 wt.%, The increase in the content of the other components will reduce the strength of the briquettes or nutritional value. If the peat content of more than 70%, dramatically reduces the nutritional value of the composition. Use dry peat with a residual moisture content of 15-20%.
As the use of vermicompost product processing Bioorganic (cattle manure, straw, etc.) California red worms (Regulations N 2 Kaliningrad regional design and survey stations biohumus from 03/18/91). Vermicompost necessary for the biological stimulation of plant growth and promotes buffer medium in briquette. If the content of vermicompost is less than 9 wt.%, Dramatically reduces the nutritional value of the composition. If its content is greater than 15%, the strength of a briquette is reduced.
As dolomite material can be used TU Lithuania 52-90-33-8-01-91. It serves to neutralize the acidity of peat, create an optimal pH 6.4-6.5 (initial pH 2.7). . If the dolomite content of less than 7% by weight, the desired pH is not reached, and if more than 11 wt% -. This helps create an alkaline medium, which is harmful to plants.
As the wood chips (preferably hardwood) using dry sawdust with a residual moisture content of 15-20%. It also improves the strength of briquettes.
As a sulfonated lignin product used TU 13-02-81-036-05-89 RSFSR. It is required in the composition as the binder provides the necessary strength of the briquettes. In addition, it contains many elements needed for plant nutrition and soil was degraded easily without leaving contaminants. If its content in the composition is less than 8 wt.%, Not providing the necessary strength of the briquettes. If its content is more than 12%, the strength of the briquettes is reduced.
Mineral nutritional supplements perform their known functions.
As crystallin use complex mineral fertilizer according to TU 6-08-454-80.
Note that only the use of a sulfonated lignin as a binder for the briquettes ensures their high strength when using dried peat with a moisture content of 15-20% as a starting component. Other binders do not provide strong briquettes on the basis of the peat.
The present composition is different from the known fact that it further comprises a vermicompost, dolomite flour and sawdust, as a binder, it contains a sulfonated lignin as peat - dry peat moss in the following ratio, wt%: Dry peat moss 60-70 Biohumus. Dolomite powder 9-15 17-11 8-12 sulfonated lignin sawdust 5-6 Mineral nutrient supplements 0,56-0,68
Thus, the proposed solution meets the criterion of the invention of "novelty".
The patent and scientific literature does not describe the use of a sulfonated lignin as a binder for the production of pellets based on peat. Thus, the proposed solution meets the criterion of the invention of "inventive step".
The present composition can be used in agriculture for the production of pellets based on peat, intended for growing plants. It provides a clean briquettes, the strength of which is higher than the prototype (number of briquettes undergoing degradation under identical conditions, 3.4 times larger), and which have a high nutritional value (nutrient content in two or more times higher). Thus, the proposed composition of the invention meets the criterion of "industrial applicability".
The composition is prepared by mixing the components.
Example 1. The mixing vessel was charged with 60 kg of peat to a residual moisture content of 15%, 15 kg of vermicompost, 10.44 kg of dolomite powder, 8 kg of sulfonated lignin, 6 kg of sawdust, 520 g of crystalline, 10 g of zinc sulphate, copper, manganese, 5 g of molybdenum and cobalt sulfates. After stirring of the mixture is compressed to briquettes under a pressure of 180 kgf / cm 2.
Example 2 A composition and pellets prepared according to Example 1, using 70 kg of peat to a residual moisture content of 20%, 9 vermicompost kg, 7 kg of dolomite powder, 8.32 kg of sulfonated lignin, 5 kg of sawdust, 620 g of crystalline, by 10 g of zinc sulphate, copper, manganese, cobalt and molybdenum chloride, 20 g.
Example 3. Briquettes composition prepared according to Example 1, using 61 kg of peat to a residual moisture content of 15%, 10 kg of vermicompost, 11 kg of dolomite and 12 kg of sulfonated lignin, 5.42 kg of sawdust, 520 g of crystalline, 10 g boric acid , 10 g of zinc chloride, copper, manganese, cobalt and molybdenum.
Example 4. Prepare a composition according to the prior art.
The test results showed that the briquettes produced according to Examples 1-3 have higher strength than those obtained in Example 4.
Thus, the inventive composition provides a clean high strength of the briquettes dried peat having an increased nutritional value.
