The invention relates to agriculture. A method for increasing the productivity of hybrid potato seedlings grown from botanic seeds, and can be used in agriculture. In this method, the potato seeds are soaked in solution biostimulant tris-2-hydroxyethyl fumarate (whose concentration can vary from 0.01 to 0.1%), which achieves increase germination by 50%. To slow the growth of foliage and outflow of nutrients in the tubers by spraying plants with a solution of fumaric acid concentration of 0.01% in the 14 and 30th days after picking. This is achieved by slowing growth and reduced weight and increased foliage mass and potato tubers in the nest (a 1.5-2-fold). Preparations virtually non-toxic and easily excreted. Established their stimulatory effect on living organisms.
DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The invention relates to agriculture, in particular to methods for stimulating plant productivity upon exposure to biologically active substances and may be used during the breeding and seed operations.
Is known to use hlorholinhlorida (TUR) as plant growth regulator [1,2], the use of which leads to a thickening and shortening of the stems.
The disadvantage of this method is the high toxicity and low availability hlorholinhlorida as it is removed from production.
The closest technical solution chosen as the prototype, is a method of controlling the growth of hybrid potato seedlings comprising treating two before planting of seed potatoes Soaking in 0.01% solution of tris-2-hydroxyethyl ortokrezoksiatsetata, and after picking plants sprayed additionally 0.005% ethyl its solution and after 30 days an additional 0.001% solution of 4, 4-dimethyl-1 / 1,2,4-triazolyl-1 - / - 1- / 4-chlorophenyl / -pentanola-3 [3].
The disadvantage of this method is the use of toxic and inaccessible preparations for seed treatment, and their lack of effectiveness. Thus, optimum processing conditions to increase tuber mass reached 30% and the yield is 8%.
The object of the invention is to increase the mass of potato tubers hybrid seedlings with low-toxic drugs.
The task is achieved by treating potato seeds seedbed preparation of tris-2-hydroxyethyl ammonium fumarate at a concentration of 0.01-1% and the seedlings after treatment with 14 and 30 days after picking 0.01-1% aqueous solution of fumaric acid.
The invention consists in the following. Seed potato material has a low germination rate and quickly loses its quality. When growing plants under greenhouse conditions in low light and low area of plant nutrition seedlings are stretched in length and tops lodge long before ripening of tubers. The result obtained have small tubers and unsuitable for mass breeding as storage lose their seed quality.
To eliminate these drawbacks seeds are first treated with an aqueous solution of tris-2-hydroxyethyl fumarate (soaked for three hours in a solution with a concentration of 0.01-1%) for activating their vigor and germination. Then processing basal produce fumaric acid aqueous solution with a concentration of 0.01-1% on the 14th day after picking to retard the growth of foliage. Repeated treatment with the same drug in the same concentration produced in optimal plant growth stage (30 days after picking). This is achieved by thickening of leaves, reducing its growth and eliminated early termination of lodging and photosynthesis processes. Reducing the weight of the green parts of plants contributes to the outflow of nutrients to the roots of plants and the development of the tuber.
Example. Hybrid seed by crossing potato Rosa x Zavorovsky soaked in the aqueous solution preparation of tris-2-hydroxyethyl ammonium fumarate at a concentration of 0.01-1% for 3 hours and plated. The result is improved seed germination, reduced mass of foliage and tuber weight is doubled, with the number of tubers in the nest, and increased compared to the control. When growing tuber material by the described method of hybrid seed tuber material obtained better quality, better kept, it does not dry out during storage and not subject to decay, which ensures completeness of germination when growing tuber reproduction. During the growing season is not observed morphological changes compared to the control, but the development of the best plants are distinguished not lodge that facilitates selection breeding. The mass of tubers in the nest and raises and foliage weight reduction is due to the slowing of growth (see Table 1).
The preparation of tris-2-hydroxyethyl fumarate and fumaric acid is practically non-toxic, are metabolites of the Krebs cycle and is easily removed from the body of humans and animals.
