Use, in plant growing, in particular, to obtain rooted cuttings of stevia. The essence of the method: as cuttings in the production of rooted cuttings of stevia, 2-3-day shoots are used. On the shoots remove 2/3 of the leaf blade. The plants are treated with indolyl-butyric acid at a concentration of 50 mg / l for 20-26 hours. The substrate is washed with washed river sand.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to the field of plant growing, in particular to methods for producing rooted cuttings of stevia and can be used for growing biomass of stevia plants containing a stevia-type promising sugar substitute that is 400 times sweeter than sugar.

A method for obtaining stevia cuttings (Stevia rebaudiana (Bertoni) Hemsl) is known for rooting and growth of plants in a closed ground. (SV Rogovskiy, VD Chudnovsky, Influence of endogenous factors on the survival of stevia cuttings and the subsequent growth of plant seedlings) Introduction to the culture of stevia, the source of a low-calorie sugar substitute., Ed., VF Zubenko, VNIS, Kiev , 1990, pp. 24-31).

In this method, the treatment of stevia cuttings is carried out by soaking stevia cuttings in indolylacetic acid (IAA) or indolyl-butyric acid (IMC) or nicotinic acid or gibberellin, and the like. The most significant effect on plant growth was the soaking of the cuttings for six hours in an aqueous solution of gibberellin with a concentration of 5 mg / l or IMC at a concentration of 50 mg / l, then cuttings are planted in a substrate consisting of a mixture of sand and perlite in a ratio of 1: 3.

However, when gibberellin is used, stimulation of growth of the aerial parts of plants occurs and inhibition of root formation and growth.

In this paper, no information is given on the number of entrenched and unbroken cuttings, which testify to the influence of growth regulators studied on their survival. But it is this criterion, and not the growth of shoots, that is the main factor in assessing the survival of plant cuttings.

However, it is known that the root formation of cuttings of any plants is enhanced by their treatment with indoleacetic acid (IUK) (Turkish R.Kh., Physiology of rooting in cuttings and growth stimulators, M. Izd. AN SSSR, 1961).

The purpose of the invention is the accelerated production of a large number of rooted cuttings.

The goal is achieved by a new method of obtaining stubbled stevia cuttings (Stevia rebaudiana (Bertoni) Hemsl), which involves the treatment of cuttings with an aqueous solution of indolyl butyric acid at a concentration of 50 mg / l by immersion in solution, followed by rooting in a moist substrate containing sand, According to the invention, 2-3-day shoots are used as rooting agents for rooting, leaf blades are cut into 2/3, treatment with a solution of indolyl-butyric acid at a concentration of 50 mg / l is carried out for 20-26 hours, and the substrate is washed with a washed river sand.

The essence of the claimed method of obtaining rooted cuttings of stevia consists in rearranging the hormonal system of the stevia plant, leading to enhanced formation and growth of the root system by treating a certain concentration in the IMC solution for a certain time, then growing in sand in a vegetation chamber at a certain humidity and temperature.

The declared interval of immersion of cuttings in the solution is also determined by the optimization of the stimulating effect of the IMC on the rooting of the cuttings. If the claimed interval for processing the IMC is exceeded, the stem of the cuttings rotates.

The choice of 2-3-day shoots for rooting is determined by their size and the ability to work with them. When taking one-day shoots, it is impossible to obtain a complete stem for rooting, since it is too small, and it is not advisable to take 4-5-day shoots because of the increasing timing of the process of obtaining ingrained cuttings.

From the prior art, there is no known method for obtaining stubbled stevia cuttings using the claimed characteristics in aggregate, hence the claimed solution is new.

It is not obvious from the comparative analysis of the claimed technical solution with analogues that the set of measures, namely the processing in IMC of certain concentration for a certain time, the selection of 2-3 day old cuttings, truncation of a 2/3 sheet plate, the choice of a river sand substrate, Humidity 7-10 days, can lead to increased rooting stevia.

A METHOD FOR OBTAINING STEVENELIC BLACK SEEDS A METHOD FOR OBTAINING STEVENELIC BLACK SEEDS

FIG. 1 stevia cuttings before processing.

FIG. 2 entrenched cuttings of stevia before planting in a permanent place.

The invention is illustrated by the following examples.

Example 1 . From the mother plant, 2-3 day old shoots are cut. Then, with the help of scissors, cut off young leaves on 2/3 of the leaf blade, immerse the base of the shank by 0.5-1.0 cm into a solution of indolylbutyric acid at a concentration of 50 mg / l for 24 hours and place in moist washed river sand in boxes that set In the chamber. The camera is a metal frame, covered with a polyethylene film, with an opening lid. In the chamber, a moisture content of 80-90% is maintained by repeated spraying of rooting cuttings.

After 7-10 days cuttings are removed from the sand and transplanted into the soil to a permanent place.

The results are shown in Tables 1 and 2.

In Table. 1 shows the dependence of the number of entrenched cuttings on the growth regulator used.

In Table. 2 shows the influence of the duration of IMC treatment on the rooting of stevia cuttings.

As a result of the claimed method of rooting, there is an acceleration of the process every 7-10 days, you can get a stalk with a good root system. In addition, this method makes it possible to obtain a large number of rooted cuttings, since the rooted cuttings form a shoot for 2-3 days and it is possible to again obtain the rooted stalks according to the claimed method, which leads to a large amount of green biomass containing a valuable steviazide sweetener.
