The invention relates to agriculture, in particular to the treatment of seeds of various crops. Process seeds of agricultural crops in a container rotating at a speed of 120-150 rpm, an ozone-air mixture with an ozone concentration of 10-80 mg / m 3 . DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The invention relates to agriculture and can be used for processing seeds of various crops.
A method for treating seeds is known, including the effect of microelements and hydraulic shock on them, for example, see as. USSR №873912.
The drawbacks of the known invention are: 1) Because the seeds are soaked in a solution of trace elements, their drying after treatment is required (this leads to additional financial costs); 2) Effects on seeds by solutions of microelements and hydraulic impact cause genetic mutations in plants (see "Physical factors in plant growing" / MF Trifonova, OV Blandur, A. Soloviev, etc. - M .: Kolos , 1998).
As a prototype, we selected the RF patent No. 2174296 "Method of seed treatment", which includes the treatment of seeds in free fall by solutions of microelements with simultaneous exposure to electromagnetic fields and ultrasonic static sirens, the microelements are fed into the static siren together with the ozone-air mixture.
The disadvantages of this invention are: 1) The seeds are treated unevenly. 2) The effect on seeds of solutions of microelements, ultrasound and magnetic field causes mutations at the gene level in plants, which is unacceptable in agriculture (see "Physical factors in plant growing" / MF Trifonova, OV Blandur, A.M. . Soloviev and others - M .: Kolos, 1998). 3) With an ozone concentration of 0.035 kg / m 3, the seeds of agricultural crops are depressed.
The technical solution of the problem is to increase the efficiency of presowing seed treatment of various agricultural crops.
The problem is achieved by the fact that in the method of processing crops including seed treatment with an ozone-air mixture, the seeds are treated in a container rotating at a speed of 120-150 rpm and the ozone-air mixture is supplied with a pumping device of 30 m 3 / h, Ozone is 10-80 mg / m 3 , and the treatment time is 5-7 minutes.
The novelty of the technical solution lies in the fact that the uniformity of seed treatment is ensured by mixing in a container at a speed of 120-150 rpm. At this speed, the seeds are most evenly distributed along the inner surface of the working container. At a speed of 120-150 rpm, the seeds do not get physical damage, and the centrifugal forces acting on them do not interfere with uniform mixing, thus providing the same treatment dose for all seeds, and therefore this speed can be recognized as the most effective rotation mode during processing. This allows you to stimulate spring growth, partially destroy seed diseases, and reduce the growing season. This method of treatment is applied in connection with the fact that ozone does not cause mutagenic changes in the plant. Ozone is a chemical element that saturates the grain with active oxygen forms and, as a consequence, activates the reserved protein in plants and accelerates chemical processes inside the seed.

The essence of the invention is explained by a drawing, which schematically shows an apparatus for presowing seed treatment. The ozone-air mixture is formed in the ozone generator 1 of the type "Groza", which is equipped with a pressure device 4, is fed through a flexible gas line 2 into the working container 3. Seed material is loaded into container 3 (recommended weight of seeds 40-60 kg), the working capacity cap is closed. The power is supplied to the electric motor driving the tank 3, simultaneously supplying the voltage to the ozone generator and the blowing device, for example a fan, with a capacity of 30 m 3 / h (this capacity of the fan is necessary to obtain the required concentrations). The seeds are in a container that rotates at a speed of 120-150 rpm for 5-7 minutes at a concentration of 10 to 80 mg / m 3 , after which the power is turned off, the lid is removed and the seeds are unloaded into a bag or container in which Are stored prior to sowing (the shelf life at which the treatment effect is preserved, up to 50 days). It should be noted that the longer the period of rest after treatment, the more time the grain should be exposed to the ozone-air mixture.
Thus, our studies showed that the treated seeds increased the germination capacity in comparison with the control by 10-20%, while the treated seeds had more heap shoots. It was also noted that on the 20th day after sowing, the treated plants outstripped the control by one sheet (this indicates a reduction in the growing season).
