The invention relates to agriculture and can be used for the treatment of seeds of different crops. Seed treatment is in free fall are the solution of trace elements with simultaneous exposure to electromagnetic fields and static ultrasonic horn. Trace elements in a static siren fed with a mixture of ozone when the ozone concentration of not less than 0,035 kg / m 3. The use of the invention will improve the efficiency of pre-sowing seed treatment.
DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The invention relates to agriculture and can be used for the treatment of seeds of different crops.
Known seed treatment method, comprising treating them with a solution of trace elements with simultaneous action on them electrohydraulic effect (effect Yutkina LA). See, e.g., AS USSR N 873919. The disadvantage of this invention is the difficulty of selecting the optimal treatment regimes for seed with different / crops, as smooth discharge energy regulation associated with serious technical difficulties and practical implementation requires considerable financial costs.
In a prototype we selected Pat. Russian Federation N 1227126 "Method for treating seed", comprising treating them with solutions of trace elements with simultaneous action of the electromagnetic field and ultrasound, and the seed treatment is carried out by passing them in a free fall through the compressed air jet which serves micronutrient solution wherein the jet is created by ultrasonic static siren. The well-known invention, as the experience of its practical implementation (in the region of Krasnodar and Stavropol Territory), has significant advantages in comparison with known designs, but it is not without some drawbacks. In particular, seed treatment is not destroyed by external and some internal infection that adversely affects the yield increase.
The technical solution to the problem is to improve the efficiency of pre-treatment of seeds with different / crops.
Object is achieved in that the trace elements is supplied to a static siren with an ozone mixture in a concentration of ozone not less than 0,035 kg / m 3.
The novelty of the proposed technical solution is complex application microelements and ozone mixture at a concentration of ozone not less than 0,035 kg / m 3, allowing virtually destroy foreign infections on the seed surface (and in many cases and internal infection), and this allows in turn significantly improve processing efficiency, i.e. increase the yield in comparison with known methods.
Use of a mixture of ozone and dezinfikatora known strong oxidizing agent, but when exposed to ozone mixture supplied to the ultrasonic frequency spectrum positive effect of seed treatment, as shown by these experiments, is increased substantially.
According to the patent and scientific literature has not found the claimed combination of features that allows you to judge the inventive suggestions.

Method is as follows
1 seeds to be processed from the storage hopper 2 enter the free fall into the cylinder 3 from diamagnetic material and accumulates in its lower part provided outside the cylinder 4. The valve 3 is placed coil 5, and in diametrically opposite sides of the cylinder are placed at different levels of ultrasonic transducers 6 vibrations (static sirens). The solution of trace elements together with a mixture of ozone-pressure 6 - 8 bar. enter the emitters 6 by installing ozone production 7. Inside the cylinder creates a fine solution of trace elements in the ozone environment. The oscillation spectrum generated inside the cylinder 3 is in the range of 21.3 - 40.0 kHz. Simultaneously turns the electric current source 8 supplying the coil 5, thereby forming an electromagnetic field inside the coil. Acoustic waves ozone environment created with micronutrients, promote deeper penetration of trace elements in surface microcracks seed, while ozone contributes to more efficient destruction of the surface and internal infection. Then the seeds are accumulated in the bottom of the cylinder and maintained for 3 - 10 min required for optimal treatment of seeds of various crops. Then open the valve 4, the seeds get enough sleep and the cycle repeats.
Treatment of seeds with microelements in the ozone environment, can be carried out at different concentrations of moisture for the seeds of various crops.

A process for treating seeds comprising treating the solution of trace elements in a free fall with simultaneous exposure to electromagnetic fields and static ultrasonic horn, characterized in that the trace elements is supplied to a static siren with an ozone mixture in a concentration of ozone not less than 0,035 kg / m 3.
