The boiler is designed for use in water heating systems. The boiler consists of a casing with a cover, coaxial electrodes with phase terminals, made in the form of Archimedes spirals with comb spacers, the outer surfaces of the casing and electrodes are protected with electrical insulating coatings. The boiler can be equipped with either nozzles or bypass valves, while a control valve with a throttle can be placed in the second exhaust valve, which allows the water to be pumped in, raised and circulated in domestic heat-water supply systems. Execution of electrodes in the form of Archimedes spirals increases the surface of the electrodes.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to heat power engineering and can be used in steam and hot water boilers, water heating systems and in other fields of engineering.

An electrode boiler is known, consisting of a housing with branch pipes and a cover and coaxial electrodes with phase terminals (see, for example, reference book: Zykov AK). Steam and hot water boilers. - Moscow: Energoizdat, 1987, pp. 55 - 56, Fig. 16 "The device of the electrode boiler KEPR-250 / 0,4 /.

The disadvantages of this boiler include:

- Complicated design;

- limited use;

- reduced surface of electrodes.

The object of the present invention is to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks.

The stated task is solved by the fact that the electrode boiler consists of a housing with a cover and coaxial electrodes with phase terminals, which are made in the form of Archimedes spirals with comb spacers, the outer surfaces of the housing and electrodes are protected with electrical insulating coatings. In one embodiment, the boiler may be provided with nozzles and, in another embodiment, bypass valves, wherein a control valve with a throttle opening may be provided in the second exhaust valve.

The essence of the invention is explained by the drawing, where

In Fig. 1 shows an electrode boiler in longitudinal section;

In Fig. 2 is the same, section A-A of FIG. 1.

ELECTRODE BOILER

The electrode boiler consists of a housing 1 with coaxial electrodes, for example 2, 3, 4, with phase leads 5, comb spacers 6, electrical insulation coatings 7 and pump valves 8, 8 'with a check valve 9 with a throttle hole 10 and nozzles 13, 14. The valves 8 and 8 'are provided with springs 11, 12. The body 1 is protected by a hot-air casing 15.

BOILER WORKS AS FOLLOWING

After filling the housing 1 and turning on the electric current through the phase leads 5, the interelectrode heating of the medium begins between the coaxial electrodes 2, 3, 4, which is forced out through the valve 8 for consumption. After exhaust, the vacuum inside the housing 1 opens the inlet valve 8 '- the recycling starts. A small control valve 9 through the throttle opening 10 reduces the critical overpressure.

Water boiler - pump with deformable flat walls of the body 1 operates on the principle of a diaphragm pump. When the medium is heated in the housing, the check valve 8 'locks the intake, and the exhaust valve 8 adjusted to the pressure to deform the walls outward opens and passes the heated medium until an internal vacuum is created that opens the inlet valve 8'. Heat pump provides not only pumping, lifting and circulation of water in domestic systems of heat and water supply, but also its microbiological heat treatment.
