The invention relates to heat engineering and is intended for heat differently than in the combustion process, and can be used for heating in various industries, as for degassing liquids at their heating. The heat generator comprises a cyclone type jet apparatus with its axis positioned vertically, the inlet of which is located at the top, and the output - at the bottom, and the expansion tank. Expansion tank installed above the jet apparatus, the upper part of the cavity of which is connected with the cavity of the expansion tank. The technical result - liquid degassing software, through which the heating efficiency is increased; corrosion resistance of steel structures of the system; increases the flow of the fluid and reduces the noise of the pump.
DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The invention relates to heat engineering and is designed to generate heat differently than in the combustion process, and can be used for heating in various industries.
Known heat generators, comprising a pump assembly connected to the water supply flow directed under pressure into the jet machine, in which the mechanical change flow rate (SU 1703924, IPC 5 F 24 H 3/02, publ. G. 1992, RU 2045715, IPC F 6 25 B 29/00, publ. 1995 g., RU 2161289, IPC 7 F 24 H 3/02, publ. 2001 YG).
The operation of these devices is based on the creation of the expiry of the jet of fluid and its heat to disperse in the jet device arising due to the centrifugal effect and the occurrence of cavitation bubbles.
The disadvantage of such devices is low efficiency, because it reduces the flow of the fluid due to its richness the evolved gas, respectively, low corrosion resistance of steel structures of the system; increased noise level of the pump.
The closest in technical essence to the claimed and accepted as the prototype is a heat source (V.P.Kotelnikov "Unique heat source" graviton ", the magazine" Youth Technology "№2, 2002, p. 6), comprising an inkjet device with cyclone axis disposed vertically, the inlet of which is located at the top, and the output - at the bottom, and the expansion tank, positioned on the inlet side of the pump Such an arrangement provides improved fluid heating efficiency due to the centrifugal effect that causes not only linear, but the centripetal acceleration. particles in the jet device.
However, such a heat source is not enough work effectively, because it reduces the flow of the fluid due to its richness the evolved gas, respectively, low corrosion resistance of steel structures of the system; increased noise level of the pump. The object of the invention is to improve the efficiency of the heat generator by degassing, while increasing: heating efficiency; corrosion resistance of steel structures of the system; the flow of the fluid and reduces the noise of the pump.
This object is achieved by improving the heat generator comprising a cyclone type jet apparatus whose axis is vertical, the inlet of which is located at the top, and the output - at the bottom, and the expansion tank.
This improvement consists in that the expansion tank is mounted above the jet apparatus, the upper part of the cavity which is connected with the cavity of the expansion tank.
Furthermore, expansion tank and the inkjet apparatus can be performed in a single housing.
Installation of the expansion tank of the jet apparatus, the upper part of the cavity which is connected with the cavity of the expansion tank, allowing to send a capacity gas released from the liquid and situated in the jet device in a central counter-current, and thus, by degassing enhance its heating efficiency, increase corrosion resistance system of steel structures; increase the flow of the fluid and reduce the noise of the pump.

The heat generator comprises a pump 1, a suction tube 2 connected to the output of the jet device 3 of the cyclone type, whose axis is vertical. PROPOSED HEAT WORKS AS FOLLOWS
