The object of the invention is to improve the electrical heater in such a way that, by making its body ceramic, eliminating the insulator, since the case itself serves as an insulator, and placing the turns of the wire in the grooves with displacement, there is a significant reduction in heat loss, uniform heating and distribution of the temperature field, Design, reliability, economy and electrical safety in operation, and the ability to work with any voltage without a transformer.
