The invention relates to heating engineering and can be used for water heating and steam production. The object of the invention is to provide efficient heating of water and steam production with a heat generator of a simplified design, without the use of conventional coolants and without the cost of electricity with ensuring a high efficiency. The stated task is solved by the fact that the heat generator comprises a body having longitudinal through holes, tangential holes located along the tangent to the inner surface, coinciding with the orientation in the cross-section (inlet-outlet) with the direction of water movement, and a cylinder on the inner side of which there are screw channels for the flow water. When water flows through the screw channels, at an inlet pressure of 2 to 6 atm, water is heated with a temperature at the outlet of 95 ° C and higher with the formation of steam.
DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The invention relates to heating engineering and can be used for heating water and producing steam for industrial and domestic needs.
There are known devices that use changes in the physico-mechanical parameters of water, in particular pressure, volume and speed to produce thermal energy.
For example, "Heat generator and liquid heating device", patent No. 2045715 , consisting of a heat generator including liquid flow accelerators - a bypass and a cyclone, braking devices, and a network pump with an injection nozzle. The disadvantage of the device is the insufficiently high efficiency and its fall when the power of the device is increased.
As a prototype, "Thermal generator mechanical", patent No. 2188366 , consisting of a tank and a water heater, driven by a high-speed electric motor, is selected. The disadvantage of the prototype is the presence of high rotation speeds (8000 and more revolutions per minute) of the water heater.
The object of the invention is to provide efficient heating of water and steam production by a heat generator of a simplified design without the use of conventional coolants with insignificant energy costs with ensuring a high efficiency.

The heat generator consists of a casing 1, a cylinder 2, containing an inlet pipe 3 for supplying cold water, which is transferred to the upper annular branch pipe 4 for uniform distribution of the supplied cold water, a lower annular branch pipe 5 for collecting hot water and steam, an outlet branch pipe 6 for evacuation Hot water and steam, air filter 7, a discharge control device 8, a fan 9 and a tap 10 for draining the water. The body 1 has longitudinal through holes, tangential holes 11 located along the tangent to the inner surface, coinciding with the orientation in the cross-section (inlet-outlet) with the direction of movement of the water. The cylinder 2 has screw channels 12 on the inner surface for water flow. The heat generator works as follows. Cold water, coming from the water pipe under pressure through the inlet pipe 3 and the upper annular branch pipe 4 into the channels 12, gravitating under the action of the centrifugal force to the outer walls of the channel 12, with a great speed, repeatedly passes through the sections of the channel 12 mating with the outlets of the slotted holes 11, While in the slotted holes 11 and, respectively, inside the housing 1, as a result of the air sucking, a vacuum is created, amplified by the operation of the fan 9 and regulated by the discharge control device 8. At the moments of passage of water through the sections of the channel 12, which are mated with the outlets of the slotted holes 11, at the boundaries of the zones of increased pressure and depletion, according to the known phenomenon occurring in adiabatic processes, the local temperature in the bordering regions of the zones reaches high values, which leads to a heating of the water to The moment it leaves the channel 12 in the annular branch pipe 5 to 100 ° C and above. |
From the outlet pipe 6, if necessary, hot water or steam, respectively, enters the systems of hot water supply, heating, steam supply. Advantages of the proposed heat generator are: - simplicity of design; - there is no need for a pump that creates pressure of the working medium, since enough water pressure of the water supply network is from 2 to 6 atm; - there is no need for a high-speed electric motor, since the conditions for water heating are created by the thermo-generator construction in a static position; In accordance with the essence of the invention, a heat generator is constructed comprising a housing with three slotted holes of length L 82 mm and height h 0.7 mm, a cylinder with dimensions D 70 mm, height H 230 mm, with three channels for water passage, channel height 1.5 Mm and a depth of 4 mm, located at an angle of 25 ° to the generatrix of the inner surface of the cylinder. At a water pressure of 2 atm and its temperature of 16 ° C, the water temperature in the outlet pipe, at the outlet, is 95 ° C, with a water pressure in the water pipe of more than 2 atm, vaporization takes place with a steam temperature at the outlet above 100 ° C. |
