The invention relates to heat engineering, and particularly to a mobile heat generators, and can be used for heating during the cold season with hot air. The object of the invention is to simplify the design of a mobile heat generator and improve the process of fuel combustion in the combustion chamber. Summary of the invention that a heat generator, comprising mounted on the carriage body, the blower, the combustion chamber with burner unit, a fuel line, a heat exchanger with a central channel, the channel for supplying cold air and the channel for discharging the hot air, the central channel formed by annular rows of vertically fixed and equidistant pipes reporting cavity combustion chamber with the exhaust pipe and the combustion chamber in the upper part is designed as a concentrically mounted inner and outer cylinders mounted at burner device and forming an annular cavity - the combustion chamber cavity, which communicates with the discharge channel hot air after the heat exchanger and is separated from the cold air supplying duct inner cylinder adjustably fixed relative to the housing of the air pump.
DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The invention relates to heat engineering, and particularly to a mobile heat generators used, for example, to heat the engine before starting placed in the cold season and other facilities with hot air.
Currently, sectors of the economy are in need of reliable and mobile air heaters are relatively big performance. Therefore, the creation of such equipment is an urgent task.
Known movable heat source comprising fixed on the carriage body to the exhaust pipe with a chute and channels the supply and removal of the heated medium inside which the air blower, the combustion chamber with burner unit, a heat exchanger with a central channel for supplying the heated medium and the fuel line (auth. Svid. 293163 MKI 26 F in 23/02, 15/01/71). The disadvantage of this solution is that in the heat source when re-ignition of the fuel mixture often occurs ignition of fuel vapors accumulated in the combustion chamber due to insufficient ventilation, which greatly reduces the operating reliability and safety of the heat source.
The closest in technical essence to the proposed invention is a movable heat source comprising mounted on a platform body with the exhaust pipe with a chute and channels the supply and removal of the heated medium inside which the blower in the form of an axial fan, a combustion chamber with a burner device, a heat exchanger with a central channel for supplying heated medium and the fuel pipe, the exhaust pipe body mounted on a trolley vertically central heat exchanger channel is formed by annular rows of vertically fixed equidistant pipes reporting cavity combustion chamber with the exhaust pipe and the combustion chamber in the upper part limited by the annular cavity formed by two concentric cylinders mounted on the burner device. To compensate for temperature lengthening the heat exchanger tubes and sealing the cavity from the combustion chamber channel for discharging hot air concentric outer cylinder connected to the housing through the aperture. To organize a sustainable process of burning fuel and high completeness of fuel combustion burner device is a toroidal shape (RF Patent 2178119, IPC F 23 L 15/04 of 27.03.2001 - the prototype).
A disadvantage of the known solutions is the unevenness of the cold air supply to the burner device, which impairs the completeness of combustion of fuel and can lead to failure of the burner flame.
An object of the invention is to simplify the design and improve the heat source mobile fuel combustion process in the combustion chamber due to the organization in its supply of hot air after the heat exchanger chamber, install the alignment grating and preheat fuel gas combustion.
The task is achieved by the fact that in the proposed mobile heat source, comprising mounted on the trolley body, the blower, the combustion chamber with burner unit, a fuel line, a heat exchanger with a central channel, the channel for supplying cold air and the channel for discharging the hot air, the exhaust pipe by means of gate for discharging combustion gases into the atmosphere, thus the case with the exhaust pipe mounted on a carriage vertically central channel formed by annular rows of vertically fixed and equidistant pipes reporting cavity combustion chamber with the exhaust pipe and the combustion chamber in the upper part is designed as a concentrically set the internal and external cylinder are mounted on the burner device and forming an annular cavity - cavity combustion chamber according to the invention the combustion chamber cavity communicates with the hot air outlet duct after the heat exchanger and is separated from the cold air supplying duct inner cylinder adjustably fixed relative to the housing of the air pump.

The housing 1 is cylindrical, the exhaust passing pipe 2. The exhaust pipe 2 is set to change the gate 3 of the combustion products flow. The body 1 formed channel 4 for supplying cold air to the heat exchanger and conduit 5 for discharging the hot air to the user. The housing 1 is fixed to the carriage 7 for transporting the heat source. Inside the housing is mounted a combustion chamber heat exchanger 8 and 9. This combustion chamber is formed by an annular cavity between the inner and outer cylinders 13 and 14 arranged concentrically. In the cavity of the combustion chamber is mounted burner device 11. The fuel is supplied to the burner device via line 17, which is passed through the exhaust pipe 2 to the gas heating.
The industrial design fuel line after exit from the exhaust pipe is connected to the control and regulating units (not shown) and then to the burner.
Between the hot air outlet duct to the user and the cavity combustion chamber is mounted an alignment grating 16. In this case, the combustion chamber cavity 12 is formed an annular cavity between the inner and outer cylinders concentrically mounted 13, 14 fixed to the tube plate of the heat exchanger. Annular cavity - the combustion chamber cavity serves, firstly, to arrange a uniform supply of hot air into the zone burner to form a fuel-air mixture, and secondly, for the partial cooling of the combustion products and uniform supply of working fluid to the heat exchange tubes of the heat exchanger 9 for the purpose uniform heating of the structure. The heat exchanger 9 is configured with a central channel 15 formed by vertical tubes secured at their ends in tube plates at a certain distance from each other. To compensate for thermal elongation of the inner heat exchanger tubes the concentric cylinder 13 has a free movement relative to the housing 10, the air blower 6.
Principle of operation of heat generator is as follows
Included in that the air blower 6, and then the ignition device (not shown). In the presence of a flame at the ignition device is supplied to the fuel burner device 11. To this burner device supplied air after the heat exchanger 9 of the channel 5 to remove the hot air to the consumer. Due to the injection of gas an air-fuel mixture participates in the combustion process. For cooling air and combustion products applied to the sides of the burner apparatus of the annular cavity 12. To ensure a uniform air flow to the burner device it passes through an alignment grating 16. Combustion gases passing through the heat exchange tubes of the heat exchanger, is cooled to a predetermined temperature, giving heat to the heated air, and through an exhaust pipe 2, heating up the gas in the fuel pipe 17 are discharged to the environment. To change the temperature of the combustion products entering the heat exchanger need to regulate the flow area of the outlet pipe 3. For example a chute, a chute to reduce the temperature increase flow area, in this case the flow rate increases the secondary (additional) air through the annular cavity 12 and the combustion temperature drops. If necessary combustion temperature increase before the heat exchanger should slide gate orifice to reduce tailpipe.

The proposed heat generator achieved simplification of design, as shown by the development of design and completion of the prototype, and the improvement of the process of combustion of fuel in the combustion chamber due to the organization of hot air supply to the burner device after the installation of the heat exchanger and the alignment grid.
