The invention is intended for utilization of waste heat of chemical reactions and steam production and can be used in power engineering. The boiler contains a vertical cylindrical body with tube plates and heat exchanging tubes arranged between them, forming an annular space, with nozzles for feeding and discharging the cooling medium. The lower part of the annular space is provided with a device for removing the slurry, made in the form of a cylindrical baffle, enclosing the heat exchange tubes and located opposite the nozzle for supplying the cooling medium, in the upper part of the cylindrical baffle there is a collar that covers the space between the casing and the heat exchange tubes and the sludge removal ports , Which are placed above the surface of the lower tube plate. The number of branch pipes for sludge removal and the length of the suction part of each branch pipe are chosen taking into account the possibility of removing the sludge from the entire surface of the tube board. Heat-exchanging pipes are placed in tube boards according to an unordered scheme. The invention provides increased reliability of the boiler.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to the field of power engineering, and more particularly to the designs of heat exchangers, and can be used to utilize the waste heat of chemical reactions and to produce steam in the annular space.

A heat recovery boiler is known comprising a cylindrical body with heat exchange tubes installed therein having inlet and outlet ends, means for supplying water to the enclosing space of the body (chamber), means for supplying hot product to the inlet ends of the pipes, means for regulating the flow, means For removing the cooled product. Pipes in the body are installed in at least two bundles, and the means for regulating the flow is made in the form of means for distributing the flow of hot product through the bundles and regulating its flow therethrough (see RF patent No. 2056683, IPC F 22 B 1/18 , Filed 09.09.1993) .

A heat recovery boiler is known comprising a vertical cylindrical body with heat exchange tubes installed therein having an inlet and an outlet end connected to each other, means for supplying water to the surrounding tube space of the housing fixed to the housing, means for feeding a flow of hot product to the inlet end of the pipes And passing it through them to provide indirect heat exchange with water, a means for removing the resulting water and steam flow (the branch pipe for supply and discharge of the cooling medium), see RF patent No. 2188650, IPC C 10 J 3/86, F 23 B 1/14, filed on 26.03.1993) .

The closest in terms of technical essence is the shell-and-tube heat exchanger, which contains a casing (housing) with heat-exchange tubes located in it, pipe boards forming an annular space with a casing, an expansion joint on the casing with an internal partition, a chamber for supplying medium to the pipes and withdrawing from them and with a chamber Rotation of the medium adjacent to the tube boards, and supply and discharge branches of the medium to the shell space, and the medium supply chamber, the heat exchanger being arranged to organize the movement of media through the pipe and shell space (see RF patent No. 2232940, IPC F 23 D 7 / 00, filed on August 28, 2002) .

The disadvantages of a well-known heat recovery boiler include the fact that, as a rule, the bottom of the boiler's chimney board is clogged with slurry from the scale of the pipes, which is formed due to the aggressiveness of the supplied water and the difference in the temperatures of the heat exchange tubes and the cooling medium.

The technical result of the claimed invention is expressed in increasing the reliability of the waste heat boiler operation by providing cleaning of the lower boiler chimney board from staining.

This technical result is achieved due to the fact that in a known device including a vertical cylindrical body with tube boards and heat exchange tubes forming intertube space arranged between them, nozzles for supplying and withdrawing the cooling medium, the lower part of the annular space is provided with a sludge removal device made In the form of a cylindrical baffle, which surrounds the heat exchange tubes and is located opposite the nozzle for supplying the cooling medium, in the upper part of the cylindrical baffle there is a collar that covers the space between the body and the heat exchange tubes and the sludge discharge pipes that are placed above the surface of the lower tube plate. The number of branch pipes for sludge removal and the length of the suction part of each branch pipe are chosen taking into account the possibility of removing the sludge from its entire surface. In addition, the heat exchange tubes are placed in the pipe boards according to an unordered scheme.

As a cooling medium, water that has been previously purified in the deaerator is used, and steam or steam-water mixture as the product obtained after its heating and retraction.

The claimed invention is explained by the drawings, which show:

BOILER-UTILIZER

1 - general view of the recovery boiler

FIG. 2 shows a section of the recovery boiler according to AA

3 is a view B

The waste heat boiler comprises a vertical cylindrical body 1 with tube plates 2 between which heat exchange tubes 3 are arranged. In the lower part of the housing 1 there is a nozzle for supplying cooling water 4 and in the upper part there is a branch pipe for its withdrawal 5. In the lower part of the annular space there is a device To remove the slurry, which is made in the form of a cylindrical baffle 6 enclosing the heat exchange tubes 3 and located opposite the coolant supply pipe 4. In the upper part of the baffle 6 there is a bead 7 that covers the space between the casing 1 and the heat exchange tubes 3. Sludge removal ports 8 Are located above the surface of the lower tube plate 2. The number of branch pipes for removing slurry 8 and their length are selected taking into account the possibility of removing the sludge from the entire surface of the tube board.

DISPOSABLE BOILER WORKS AS FOLLOWS:

The cooling water flowing through the pipe 4 hits the cylindrical bump 6, which protects the heat exchange tubes 3 from the direct action of the water flow. The rim 7 of the bump 6 directs the movement of the water only downwards and from the tube board 2 it moves upward, washing the heat exchange tubes 3, heats up and turns into steam, which through the branch pipe 5 goes to the consumer. Mechanical impurities, scales (slurry), when the water hits the bump 6 under its own weight, along its cylindrical surface, are deposited on the pipe board 2 and through the sludge removal pipes 8 are removed by the body 1 of the recovery boiler.

For the period of submitting the application for the invention, working documentation has been developed for the claimed waste heat boiler, and the beginning of its manufacture is planned for the second half of 2005.
