Date of commencement of the patent:
The invention relates to heat engineering and can be used for heating water, producing steam, cooling, oxygen and hydrogen. The task of the invention is to expand the technological capabilities of the generators. The task is achieved by the fact that inside the water tank there is installed a water heater, supported by a bearing assembly and consisting of a shaft on which disks of variable diameter and housing are mounted, on the curved, conic or concave inner surface of which channels of rectangular or square cross section are arranged radially, with Inclined or curvilinear, a cavity is located in the upper part of the shaft, in the lower part of which there are holes that coincide with the number and arrangement with the channels, while the discs form cavities having circular outlets into channels, when water passes through which a stable mode of self-generation is created.
DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The invention relates to heating engineering and can be used for heating water and producing steam for industrial and domestic needs, producing cold and obtaining hydrogen and oxygen from water.
Known are devices of heat pumps that use changes in the physico-mechanical parameters of water, in particular pressure, volume, and velocity to produce heat energy.
For example, a heat pump for a. from. 458691. But its drawback is a very high working pressure up to 1000 atm, developed in the housing, which requires increased strength of the hull parts of the plant, shut-off valves, etc., which leads to considerable material costs and is dangerous for heating residential premises.
As a prototype, "Heat generator and liquid heating device", patent 2,045,715 , consisting of a heat generator including liquid flow accelerators - bypass pipe and cyclone, braking devices, and a network pump with injection nozzle was chosen. The disadvantage of the prototype is: insufficient high efficiency, the complexity of the design - the presence of two separate units - a heat generator and a pump; Decrease in efficiency at increase in capacity of the device.
The objective of the invention is to expand the technical capabilities of generating plants by not only providing efficient water heating and steam production without the use of traditional coolants, but also producing cold and producing oxygen and hydrogen; Achievement of self-generation mode; Ensuring a high coefficient of efficiency; Reduction of energy costs; Simplifying the design; Improved performance - reliability and durability.

FIG. 4a, 4b, 4c show possible channel arrangements in the housing
A universal generating unit consists of a container 1 (Figure 1) comprising an inlet 2 for supplying cold water, an outlet pipe 3 for tapping, if necessary, hot water, steam, oxygen and hydrogen, a water heater 4, supported by a bearing assembly 5 and driven In high-speed rotation.
The water heater 3 (Figure 2) consists of a casing 6 and discs 7 of variable diameter fixed with a nut 8 on the shaft 9.
The housing 6 may have a curved (Figure 2), conical (Figure 3a) or concave (Figure 3b) interior surface on which the channels 10 are of rectangular or square cross-section. The channels 10 can be arranged radially (Figure 4a), with a slope (Figure 4b) or curvilinear (Figure 4c).
The design of the discs 7, when mounted on the shaft 9, provides for the creation of cavities 11 in which, when the water heater 3 rotates, a vacuum is formed when water is discharged through the circular outlets 12 into the channels 10 of the housing 6.
The shaft 9 (Fig.2) has in its upper part a cavity 13 with a diameter "d", in the lower part of which there are holes 14 coinciding with the number and arrangement with the channels 10 of the housing 6 when the latter is mounted and fixed to the shaft 9.
The universal generating set works as follows. In the case of a high rotation of the water heater 3, the cold water entering the cavity 13 of the shaft 9 through the inlet branch pipe 2 under the action of a centrifugal force exits both from the cavity 13 of the shaft 9 through the holes 14 through the channels 10 to the container 1 and from Cavities 11 through the outlets 12 into the channels 10, while a cavity 11 forms a vacuum.
At the moments of the passage of water through the channels 10 through the areas that are mated to the outputs 12 at a speed of 80 to 95 meters per second at the boundaries of the high pressure and vacuum zones according to the known phenomenon occurring in adiabatic processes, the local temperature in the border areas of the zones reaches 10,000 o C and higher, which leads to water heating at the time it leaves the channels 10 in the tank 1 to 100 o C. With an increase in the water flow through channels 10 from 95 to 110 meters per second, the water is completely converted into steam. In the interval of steam transmission through channels 10 from 110 to 165 meters per second, it warms up to 400 o C. When steam passes through channels 10 at a speed of more than 165 meters per second, water molecules decompose into oxygen and hydrogen with a large absorption of heat and a decrease The temperature of hydrogen and oxygen at the outlet from the channels 10 to minus 60 o C and below.
When the water moves along the channels 10 at a speed of 135 meters per second or more due to the reactive force generated by the steam emerging from the channels 10 inclined (Fig. 4b) or curvilinearly (Figure 4c), a stable mode of self-generation of the universal generating unit , Which ensures its operation without an external power source.
From the tank 1, as required, hot water, steam or oxygen and hydrogen through the outlet branch pipe 3 respectively enter the systems of hot water supply, heating, steam supply, accumulation of cold or collection of oxygen and hydrogen.
The most efficient universal generating set works with the curved shape of the inner surface of the body 6 with the ratio of the maximum diameter "D" of the disc 7 (figure 2) to the diameter "d" of the cavity of the shaft 9 as 3: 1, with the ratio of the maximum diameter "D" of the disc 7 2) to the height "H" as 3: 1, with five disks 7 forming four vacuum zones 11 with four circular outlets 12 into curvilinear channels 10 of rectangular cross-section with a height of 1.4 millimeters and a width of 2 millimeters.
The layout of the universal generating set can be both horizontal and vertical, with the top or bottom location of the drive, with installation on one or two bearing supports.
The excess water pressure in the tank 1 created by the water heater allows the universal generating unit to perform the functions of the circulation pump.
The advantages of the proposed universal generating set is the simplicity of the design, consisting of one unit and eliminating the need for a pump that compresses the working medium, since compression is provided by the very design of the water heater; Absence of acceleration and braking devices; The necessary pressure, speed and temperature are created directly by the water heater; The universality of the generating set, which allows it to be used to produce hot water, steam, cold, oxygen and hydrogen; High efficiency; Presence of self-generation mode.
In accordance with the essence of the invention, a universal generating set with a speed of up to 13,000 rpm is manufactured. In this case, the water heater includes: a body with a curved surface of the underside and a height "H" of 70 mm, with a curved arrangement of channels in an amount of 73 pieces having a rectangular section 1.4 mm high and 2.0 mm wide; 5 disks with a maximum diameter of the lower disk "D" - 210 mm, forming four vacuum zones with four circular outlets into the channels; Shaft with a diameter "d" of the shaft cavity - 70 mm. Expected design parameters of the produced universal generating plant:
At 7600 - 8000 rpm the water is heated to 100 ° C;
At 8000-10000 rpm, water is heated with vaporization, 100 o C and higher;
At 10,000-13,000 rpm, vaporization takes place with a vapor temperature of up to 400 ° C;
At 12500 rpm, the self-generation mode is set.
At 15,000 and more revolutions per minute, water decomposes into oxygen and hydrogen at a temperature of minus 60 ° C or lower.
The productivity of a universal generating plant for consumed water at 8000 rpm is 1.0 cubic meters. Meter per minute, at 10000 rpm - 1.35 cu. Meter per minute, at 13,000 rpm - 1.75 cu. Meter per minute. Power consumption 20 kW.
