The invention relates to air heaters with forced air circulation, particularly for mobile and can be used as a mobile installation for heating and ventilation. Object of the invention - improving the efficiency and reliability of the device while increasing ease of use. DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to air heaters with forced air circulation, particularly for mobile and can be used as a mobile installation for heating and ventilation.

Known mobile air heater is mounted on a self-propelled chassis, it is located in the body and comprises a heat generator with a device for supplying air and the discharging duct with flexible gofrirovannnymi hoses, wherein the air duct is designed as a block shells with tapered tips into output portions, and hoses freely mounted in the mantle and equipped at the back of expanding tips to ensure a tight connection with the nomination of shells hoses. There is a power take-off, provided with a driveshaft, which by means of a belt transmission connected to the generator and the fuel pump, which are connected to the tank conduit, the filter and working nozzles launcher; air duct supplies air to the combustion chamber, in which the candle is placed and which communicates with the atmosphere through the exhaust pipe. Around the combustion chamber is arranged mnogohodny heater, indoor outside cover.

The disadvantage of the known heater is that it is inconvenient to use and uneconomical because the air supply device is placed in the back and the air intake is necessary each time to open the box; moreover, corrugated pipes discharging air duct in the inoperative position are always the same place where the combustion chamber is arranged, which impairs reliability because they are heated and dry, and are impregnated and fuel vapors. Thus the air duct has a complicated structure.

The closest in technical essence to the claimed mobile air heater is described in the technical description "Uniform Motor heater TPC-350 Model 350," 2000, produced Priluksky rent factory "Pozhmashina" and selected as a prototype.

The known air heater is mounted on a self-propelled chassis and comprises a heat source mounted in the body with a device for supplying air and the discharging duct. The heat generator includes a power take-off, the combustion chamber with spark plug and air valve, starting and working nozzles for spraying fuel and installed along the air flow direction of the heater with the release of heated air to the front wall of the body. The air supply unit is a fan for supplying air to the air heater and the combustion chamber on the funnel, which has two inspection hatches. Fuel tanks of absorbed pump and pumped under pressure into the air heating fuel. the pump is driven by a belt drive from the motor shaft. The air intake fan is made through the open back door of the body. The disadvantage of the air heating operation is a disadvantage due to its location in the body of the fan and the need to open the door for the air intake of the body, and a narrow door for servicing the air heater in the side wall of the body. Furthermore, air heater disadvantage is its low efficiency due to the presence of a combustion heater and position the camera along the direction of flow of the supply air, which reduces the heat removal and makes it ineffective. In addition, in the known device the discharging air duct hoses are laid directly in the radiator ducts, which reduces reliability, since hoses overheat, impregnated with fuel vapors and are easily damaged.

The purpose of the claimed invention is to increase the efficiency and reliability of the device while increasing its operating convenience. The inventive object is achieved in that in mobile air heater installed on a self-propelled vehicle chassis and comprising a device for supplying air, designed as a fan connected through a diffuser with a heat source consisting of a combustion chamber with a heater, and having an outlet for discharging heated air and connecting flexible sleeves for the air supply to the consumer, but also a device discharge of heated air, wherein the heat generator and the outlet air duct installed in the body, the side wall is provided with a door according to the invention, a fan is mounted between the rear wall of the cab and the front body wall in the air preheater is introduced further the second combustion chamber with heater, with a combustion chamber adapted to block burners spaced apart and placed one on the air flow entering from the fan near the diffuser, and the second - before leaving the heat generator for heating air on the rear wall of the body and designed as a confuser, heaters are perpendicular the direction of air flow of the fan, the door to the vehicle body side wall formed along its entire length, and flexible hoses for supplying heated air to the consumer are located in separate canisters heat source is above the working temperature zone.

The inventive air heater has a new, different from the prototype such essential features as a fan arrangement for supplying air between the cab and the body, an introduction to the heat source of the second combustion chamber with a heater, the execution of the combustion chambers with block burners, execution output of the heat generator for discharging heated air in a convergent channel on the back bulkhead, placing spaced apart combustion chambers one at the entrance of air, and the second - before confuser, location heaters perpendicular to the direction of air flow, placing the flexible hose in special canisters outside the working temperature zone and the implementation of the door along the entire length of the side wall of the car body, providing together to achieve the desired result.

Applicant known technical solutions having the above distinctive features, giving a total desired result, so he believes that the claimed solution meets the criterion of "inventive step".

The inventive mobile air heater can be widely used for heating various objects at low ambient temperatures or to dry, and therefore meets the criterion of "industrial applicability".

The inventive air heater is mounted on a mobile self-propelled chassis and apparatus 1 comprises a supply air heat source unit 2 and 3 discharge the heated air.

Air supply device 1 is in particular a centrifugal fan, which is installed between the body front wall 4 and rear wall of the cab 5. Performing the heat generator outputs a convergent channel 15 on the rear wall of the body 4 allows the user to transfer heat directly, eliminating the need for additional metal pipelines intensively dissipate heat and thereby reduces the fuel consumption and heat, making the device more efficient, economical and convenient to ekspluattsii.

In comparison with the claimed prototype mobile air heater it is more economical, reliable and easy to use.
