The above method contributes to the effective treatment of cancer patients.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to medicine and the chemical, pharmaceutical and food industries, namely to phytospores and complexes, and can be used for the rehabilitation and treatment of patients with oncological diseases, but also for the prevention and correction of functional disorders and diseases associated with exposure to stress factors Of the external environment.

It is known that Chaga has long been famous in folk medicine as a remedy against cancerous tumors.

In medicine, chaga preparations are used as a symptomatic remedy for gastritis, peptic ulcer, gastric cancer, lungs and other organs, especially if the patient does not show radiation therapy and surgical intervention. Chaga is taken in the form of infusion (40 g per 200 ml of water). Infusion is taken a day in parts (see Minaeva VG Medicinal plants of Siberia, 5 ed., Novosibirsk, Nauka, 1991, p.199-200).

However, it is often not the preparation of one plant that is taken, but the collections or phytocomplexes that include this plant.

Known is the "Method for the treatment of patients with benign breast tumors" (see Patent of the Russian Federation No. 2012345 of 1994, A 61 K 35/78), which uses preparations of the chaga fungus in the form of lotions with befungin and as a wound healing and anti-inflammatory agent with a solution of mercuric chloride Semi-dry wine, prophylactically taking one tablespoon of bifungin solution three times a day for half an hour before meals for three to five months.

Known is a "Phytocomplex having an antitumor effect and a method of treating cancer patients" (see RF patent No. 2074731 of 1997, A61K35 / 78) , that during the day, a phyto-complex containing the decoction of the harvest is introduced into the patient's body Medicinal plants. At the same time during the day, tincture of fruiting bodies of mushroom red is introduced, tincture of root of akonite Dzungarian, tincture of hemlock spotted, and then enter the decoction of the first collection, then the second collection. After this, the tincture of Echinacea, Pallas's milkwort powder and alcoholic tincture of garlic are introduced, followed by the decoction of the third collection. Then the introduction of tincture of propolis with honey is carried out, periodically infusion of chaga is introduced during the day, and during the course of treatment, fasting is carried out in combination with respiratory gymnastics, cold procedures, purification of the gastrointestinal tract, and urine therapy is additionally carried out. In this method of treatment, the use of the alkaloid part of the complex: the tincture of the muscular red, the tincture of aconite, the tincture of the hemlock occurs practically simultaneously, and some plants of the phytocomplex are poisonous, because of the alkaloids content: muscarin, choline (fly agaric), aconitine (jungar aconite) (Hemlock spotted), and during treatment they can cause side effects: hair loss, dizziness, nausea, trembling in the limbs, which is undesirable for sick people.

It is also known a means for the prevention and treatment of malignant tumors, consisting of two tinctures and a decoction, which include: in tincture 1 (on alcohol) - angelica root, calamus root, ephedra grass and plantain grass; In tincture 2 (on alcohol) - the root of the transgression, the root of deco and the grass of ephedra; In the decoction (distilled water) - chaga, rosemary, St. John's wort, immortelle sand, calendula, elecampane root, blueberry leaf, sporis, horsetail, plantain, chicory, hips and honey bee (see RF patent No. 2027441 from 1995, A 61 K 35/78) .

The disadvantage of the described analogs is the high toxicity of drugs based on karyoclastic poisons, which act not only on atypical cells, but also on the whole organism.

The object of the invention is to expand the assortment of phytocomplexes and to exclude or reduce the harmful effects of the carioclastic plant poisons of the components of the complex on healthy body tissues while maintaining and enhancing the effect on malignant neoplasms, and to enhance the effect of X-ray therapy and chemotherapy with a decrease in their dosage that does not reduce the effectiveness of the Therapy, prevent the development of leukemia and thrombocytopenia, metastasis and relapses in the postoperative period, while increasing the universality of the method of treating cancer with the use of natural phytotherapeutic agents and products and without the use of highly poisonous plants and preparations.

The problem is solved by the fact that as a result of the processing of literature data, years of laboratory and prospecting experiments, an antitumor phytocomplex of biologically active therapeutic and nutritional supplements of vegetable and animal origin from local raw materials of the Urals region based on chaga mushroom has been theoretically substantiated and experimentally tested and proposed for use. (Honey, propolis) and plant infusions and the method of its application for targeted action in oncology, moreover, the phytocomplex includes bear oil, fir oil, an aspen bark and plant adaptogen and multivitamin plant extracts, the chaga mushroom being used in the form of an aqueous infusion in a ratio 1: 5, propolis is used in the form of 20% propolisnoe butter, and from plant adaptogens apply the mors from the viburnum or mountain ash and vitamin herbal tea. In the process of taking the components of the phytocomplex take on the basis of human: infusion of chaga to 50 ml 3 times a day, honey for 1 teaspoon 3 times a day, propolis oil 1-2 g 3 times a day, fir oil from 1 to 10 drops According to the scheme 3 times a day, bear fat for 2 teaspoons 3 times a day, infusion of aspen bark 150 g 3 times a day, vitamin tea from herbs to 200 ml 3 times a day.

With normal and high blood pressure in patients, they prophylactically prescribe Morse from the viburnum, with the lower - from the mountain ash. In addition to the main phytocomplex, according to the indications, patients are prescribed vitamin salads from radish, carrots, beets with vegetable oil 2-3 times a week for 40-60 g and prunes with dried apricots 2-3 pcs a day and raisins 1-1.5 A teaspoon every day.

Infusion of chaga, aspen bark, vitamin tea is prepared before consumption, and propolis oil is prepared in advance. Fir oil and bear oil use the production of hunting farms.

Patients take the components of the complex separately sequentially between meals in the order: infusion of aspen bark for 1.5 hours before meals, bear fat for 1 hour before meals, chaga infusion for 0.5 hours before meals, fir oil for 5-7 minutes before meals , Honey and fruit juice after 1.5-2 hours after meals, while fir oil is applied with water cycles of 1 to 10 drops per tablespoon of water, adding 1 drop every day, then reducing from 10 to 1, and so the whole course Reception of a phytocomplex.

The duration of the course of taking an antitumor phytocomplex of therapeutic and nutritional supplements based on chaga, and beekeeping products using bear fat, fir oil, aspen cortex and grasses is 82-84 days for oncological diseases of stages 1 and 2, and for stage 3 and 4, 105 days daily with a repeat course if necessary in 30-45 days.

In the process of taking the phytocomplex 6 days after the start, the aspen bark infusion according to the indications is supplemented with the addition of the roots of the radiola rose for men, the peony deviating for women. On the 13th day after the beginning of the phytocomplex intake to the infusion of aspen bark, a snake mountaineer infusion is added for both men and women, and for oncological diseases of stages 1 and 2, aspen cortex is prepared from 60 g dry crushed bark per 1 liter of water, Diseases of 3 and 4 stages at the rate of 80 g of aspen cortex per 1 liter of water.

Fir oil is very widely used in folk medicine. Fir oil has antimicrobial, antiviral, anti-inflammatory properties. It affects the cardiovascular and nervous system, has an analgesic, soothing effect, can improve the function of the gastrointestinal tract, reduce blood pressure.

Inward fir oil is recommended to take in small amounts - up to 5-10 drops per day (see Ivanova A. Treatment with cedars and other conifers. - Minsk: Aversev Ltd., 1999, pp. 60-70).

Bear oil has long been considered an effective tool in folk medicine in many regions - Siberia, the Far East, Buryatia, China, Tibet. Fat is used mainly for the treatment of various skin diseases, wounds, burns. It is also used as a restorative aid (AS Bogachev, "On the Raw Materials of Traditional Medicine - Bile, Pantach, Fats and Other." Ussuriisk, 1993, pp. 103-104).

For therapeutic purposes, bark of aspen is used, which contains tannins, bitter glycosides, noculin and solicil, benzoic acid and other substances.

Infusion of cortex in folk medicine treat diarrhea, cough, cold, fever, kidney disease, and drink it as an appetizing remedy (see Minaeva, VG, Medicinal Plants in Siberia., Novosibirsk, Nauka, 1991, p.301).

The process of receiving the proposed phytocomplex is recommended to be carried out in sanatoriums under the control of specialists with observance of the dietary diet regime and the complete elimination of alcohol consumption. Repeated courses can be conducted at home with specialist advice. The effectiveness of the antitumor phytocomplex and the method of its use in oncology is assessed by subjective indicators and by analysis data at the beginning and at the end of the course.

After the completion of the stages of laboratory research and development of the technology of preparation of components, the antitumor phytocomplex of biologically active medicinal food additives for use in oncology, prepared from animal and plant raw materials of the Urals region, was tested on the basis of sanatoriums of dispensaries of industrial enterprises in the northern regions of the Sverdlovsk region, "Vesna" prophylaxis, in the dispensary of JSC "Theological Aluminum Plant" and in the dispensary at LLC "Diana", Karpinsk.

The phytocomplex of biologically active medicinal and nutritional supplements was made from local raw materials mined in the Karpinskiy and Novo-Lyalinsky districts of the Sverdlovsk Region and supplied by the state-run Kytylykh Public Service.

Medical control, a survey of selected patients at the beginning and at the end of the course of the proposed phytocomplex, the collection and processing of necessary analyzes was carried out by the employees of the Laboratory of Molecular Medical Technologies of the Sredneuralsk Scientific Center and the Ural State Medical Academy (Ekaterinburg).

Preparation of infusions according to the method of application and control of the timeliness and consistency of the reception of the components of the phytocomplex were provided by the health workers of the dispensaries.

The infusion of chaga is prepared according to the scheme: 1 part of the dry ground mushroom chaga is poured into 5 parts of boiled water, cooled to 50 ° C, it is insisted for 48 hours, filtered and given to patients according to the intake scheme.

Infusion of aspen bark is prepared according to the scheme: 60-80 g of dry crushed bark (depending on the stage of the disease) pour one liter of boiling water, insist 2-3 hours. Without taking out the bark, give 150 ml to patients. The infusion is changed every 2 days. Six days after the beginning of the course, 10 g of powdered rooted radish pink root for men or a marry root (peony firming) for women is added to the aspen bark during the preparation of the infusion. On the 13th day after the beginning of the course of admission to the aspen bark during the preparation of the infusion, in addition to the previous addition, 5 grams of dry root of the snake mountaineer are added, both for men and for women.

Morse from the viburnum (rowan) is prepared before consumption at the rate of 10-15 g of juice from berries to 50 g of boiled water.

Vitamin herbal tea is prepared from the calculation of 1 teaspoon of the crushed mixture of herbs on a glass of boiling water, insist 15 minutes, drink in freshly brewed form. The composition of the collection of vitamin tea is adjusted individually for the main symptoms of the patient (insomnia, excitability, lack of appetite, loss of strength, etc.).

Propolisnoe oil is prepared centrally according to the scheme: 80 g of butter melted in a water bath at a temperature of 60-80 ° C, 20 g of crushed purified propolis are covered, mixed for 20-30 minutes. The mixture is filtered into a glass container, stored in a cool place.

Fir oil, bear fat, honey, viburnum juice (rowan) are stored in a cool place under the supervision of a procedural nurse, giving out to patients according to the admission scheme.

The scheme for the reception of the components of the antitumor phytocomplex of biologically active therapeutic and nutritional supplements for use in oncology, used in the dispensary of JSC "Bogoslovsky Aluminum Plant", upon approbation of the proposed phytocomplex, is made taking into account the work of the dispensary, which is distributed to patients upon admission for execution and control, is presented below.

Given that the main components of the proposed antitumor phytocomplex of biologically active food additives are known high-calorie foods (honey, propolis, butter, berries of the viburnum, rowan), others are sold in the pharmacy chain without prescriptions (chaga, fir, dried herbs for vitamin tea, Pink radish, marinin root, snake mountaineer), and new, not used previously for the proposed purpose, is bear fat, supplied by hunters by fishers for folk medicine and related to food raw materials, dried aspen bark, known as forage of forest animals, in particular elk and Rabbits - it turns out that the composition of the antitumor phytocomplex of biologically active food additives can be considered as the application of known natural substances (medicinal products) for a new purpose and a new scheme with an unobvious positive effect - for the rehabilitation and treatment of oncological diseases.

The high rehabilitative and therapeutic properties of the claimed antitumor fitxplex are confirmed by the following examples.

Example 1
The patient Langer V.A. After examination in the clinic of pulmonology and pulmonary surgery in Sverdlovsk from 14.02.89 to 15.03.89 (an extract from the institute №118 from 15.03.89) appealed to the authors of the proposed invention for help.

He was recommended to undergo treatment according to the proposed method using natural components: fir oil, chaga mushroom, honey, propolis, aspen bark, bear fat, pink radiolyles, guelder rose.

All the necessary components of the phytocomplex were delivered to the patient. Periodically (once a week) he came to the consultations. Other patients did not take any other medicines.

When treating the proposed method for 6 months (3 courses), the patient's well-being was constantly improving, and in September 1989 he was examined in Sverdlovsk in a diagnostic pulmonary center (conclusion of 27.09.89), where the "complete Regression of the abscess established in I-II 1989 "

Example 2
The patient N.I. Turned to the authors of the proposed invention for help after a checkup at the Sverdlovsk Regional Oncology Center on October 10-11, 1989.

Earlier, in accordance with the recommendations of the dispensary, the patient underwent X-ray therapy (5 sessions); In parallel, on the recommendation of the authors of the proposed invention, 3 cycles of treatment were performed, after which, after experiencing a significant improvement in the condition, I applied for clarification of the diagnosis to the Moscow polyclinic No. 6 (certificate No. 17901 dated 11.12.89), where the effect of treatment was confirmed.

Example 3
Lisovy OA, born in 1941. An inveterate smoker, during treatment for smoking, did not refuse. Diagnosis: Tumor left kidney with multiple metastases to the lungs. The diagnosis was made radiographically, confirmed by ultrasound in 1997. A nephrectomy was performed on this subject on 4.11.1997, at KEK I gr. Disability.

He refused radiation and chemotherapy. Has passed or has taken place a course of the offered phytotherapy (for 105 days):

1st - since February 1998;

2nd - since December 1998;

3rd since November 1999.

Conclusion on the result of fluorography from 02.11.2001: Sclerotic changes in the upper and lower lobes on the right (there were numerous metastases). In comparison with fluorography from August 24, 1998, the full regress of mediastinal changes on the right. To the left without features. He leads an active lifestyle, notes a pronounced positive dynamics of his own condition from the middle of the second course of herbal medicine.

Example 4
SV Senenerina, born in 1931. Diagnosis: Tumor of the right mammary gland (two nodes) 5.05.2004 (the picture is attached - FIG. 1), the diagnosis is roentgenologically, is susceptible to ultrasound. From the prescribed chemotherapy and radiation therapy refused, took tamoxifen. A 105-day course of the proposed phytotherapy was conducted. On control X-ray images (FIG. 2) from October 21, 2004, the tumor nodes decrease by 1.5-2 times. Subjective feelings of the patient allow talking about positive dynamics of the state (in Fig. 1 - pictures before treatment, in Fig. 2 - after treatment - in 2 foreshortenings).

Based on the results of numerous and long-term studies, confirmed by pictures and analyzes and received positive feedback from patients who received the proposed course with the use of an antitumor phytocomplex of biologically active food additives from plant and animal raw materials harvested in the Urals region, in combination with beekeeping products and bear fat and method Its application in oncology as a positive therapeutic effect can be recommended and widely used in large volumes both in boarding houses and in sanatoriums at dispensaries at enterprises for preventive rehabilitation and rehabilitation of people and with the aim of reducing the severity of cancer diseases resulting from a remote mutagenic effect.

It was found that with the proposed complex treatment with antitumor phytocomplex, the defenses of the organism, its resistance both at the expense of improving the work of human organs and systems, and directed influence on the lesion focus are activated.

Over a number of years of research, a positive experience has been accumulated in obtaining medicinal products for the antitumor phytocomplex and storage, increasing adaptation of the organism in case of individual poor tolerance to some of their components, symptoms of possible high doses of these agents, and - changes in the ratio of ingredients for simultaneous treatment of collateral diseases Rights.

In the long-term development, the original technique of using previously unknown combinations of various groups of natural natural products supplementing each other and most positively affecting the human body in various tumors of oncological diseases is generalized.

The proposed method is approved in the Urals region of the Russian Federation with the achievement of stable positive results of treatment
