The invention relates to medicine, gastroenterology, reflexology. The needles are applied to the corporeal and auricular acupuncture points. The effect is carried out by needles using a harmonizing method. Affect by the schemes presented in the description. The method allows to achieve healing of the ulcerative defect in 8-10 days.
DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The invention relates to the field of medicine, namely to acupuncture, and can be used to treat peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum.
From the practice of medicine, a method is known for treating patients with peptic ulcer and duodenal ulcer with anti-Helicobacter pylori, antisectoral drugs, proton pump blockers, N-K-ATPase blockers, H-2 histamine receptors, cytoprotective agents (Clinical gastroenterology (diseases of the esophagus, stomach, intestines ): The manual / I. Goncharik .- MN .: Uradzhai, 2002. - P.141-150).
The disadvantage of the known method is its duration (4 weeks), side effects of medications (antiandrogenic effect, hepatotoxic effect, various cerebral disorders, changes in hematological parameters).
A method of complex treatment of patients with peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum with simultaneous application of drugs and acupuncture, conducted daily or every other day, 10-15 sessions, 2-3 courses of treatment with a break of 15-30 days, with an impact on the corporeal points: 4.II , 20, 21, 23, 25, 36, 38, 40, 41, 42, 45.III, 16.IV, 19, 21.VII, 6.X, 24.XI, 12, 13, 14, 15, 17 , 22.XIV, BM-34, 37, 38, H-37, 54, 55 and the auricular points: 18, 34, 51, 55, 85, 86, 87, 88. The course of treatment is 2-6 months.
The disadvantage of the known method are two reasons: the duration of treatment (2-6 months) and its high cost, since to provide long-term remission patients must take pharmacological drugs for 2-3 years. The closest to the proposed method is the treatment of peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum, consisting in the impact of needles on corporal (10, 12, 13, 19, 24.XIV, 20.XIII, 25, 43.VII, 15, 16, 17, 18 .VII, 21.VIII, 4, 16.IV, 5.I, 5.X, 24.XI, 6.IX, 36.III, 21, 25.III) and the auricular points: sympathetic 51, large intestine 91, Pancreas 96, stomach 87, duodenum 88, small intestine 89, spleen 98, small intestine 89, thalamus 104, and the points of brushes: vizum, vum-he, sa-dzung, scalp zones: stomach, foot zones: Stomach, solar plexus. The known method chosen by the applicant as a prototype has a number of significant drawbacks:

The object of the present invention is to shorten treatment times and improve the accuracy of the method.
The goal is achieved in the invention in that the needles are applied to acupuncture points using a harmonizing method according to a certain scheme and additionally affect the corporal 16.VIII and auricular AT-33 points, for a course of 8-10 procedures.
Acupuncture influence on these points promotes activation of subcortical structures of the brain and enhancement of reparative processes in the mucous membrane of the stomach and duodenum, which ensures rapid healing of ulcerative defects.
The urgency of the developed method of treatment of peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum consists in the fact that in a short time (8-10 sessions) without the use of medicaments, a high therapeutic effect is achieved - 96% of cure patients with peptic ulcer with duration of persistent remission during the year.
The proposed method achieves the following positive effect:
- reduction of treatment time by 5.6 times;
- Reduction of the periods of temporary disability of patients with peptic ulcer exacerbation by 1.8 times;
- Absence of side effects and complications during acupuncture treatment;
- treatment of peptic ulcer is carried out with needles without the use of medicines;
- the period of scarring of the ulcerative defect is 8-10 days;
- the effectiveness of treatment is 96% stable remission during the year.
The proposed method was successfully tested for 100 patients with exacerbation of peptic ulcer in the reflexotherapy room of the Astrakhan Regional Medical and Clinical Dispensary and in the medical unit of the Astrakhan Shipyard during 1989-2003.
The method is carried out as follows
In outpatient settings, patients are placed on couches, rubbed skin with 96-degree alcohol, then sterile acupuncture needles are inserted into biologically active points until specific sensations appear (heat, feeling of heaviness, burning sensation at the point of needle insertion).
Exemplary embodiments of the method
Example 1 . Patient U., 57 years old, was admitted on 24.02.1990 for treatment in the acupuncture room of the Astrakhan regional medical and dispensary with complaints of constant aching pain in the epigastric region, heartburn, lack of sleep and appetite for a week, weight loss. Has been sick since 1972, notes peptic ulcer exacerbations 3 times a year. Objective data: the patient is undercooked, the tongue is moist, coated with a white coating. When palpating the abdomen is soft, painful in the epigastric region and around the navel. On the FGD of 15.02.1990. Conclusion: Ulcerative defect of the bulb of the duodenum in the sizes: 1.7 × 1.5 cm, inflammatory shaft up to 2.5 cm, depth up to 0.4 cm. The bottom is covered with white fibrin. On the basis of the data obtained, a diagnosis was made: Peptic ulcer of the duodenum in the stage of exacerbation. Against the backdrop of diet therapy, without drugs, the patient underwent a course of acupuncture, consisting of 8 daily procedures, 25 minutes each. Before the acupuncture, the patient is laid on the couch, rubs the skin over the biologically active points of the trunk and the auricles with 96-degree alcohol and injects sterile acupuncture needles into them until the appearance of specific sensations (heat, burning) in the needle insertion sites. The treatment regimen includes points: 4II (He-Gu), 36III (Zu-san-li), 3IV (Tai-Bai), 16VIII (Huang-Shu), 6IX (Nei-Guan), 12XIV (Zhong-Wan), AT-33 (forehead), AT-55 (Shen-Men), AT-87 (stomach), AT-88 (duodenum).

Example 2 . The patient L., 34 years old, entered on 2.10.1990 in the AFSU medical room reflexotherapy department with complaints about night and hungry pains in the epigastric region during the week. Addressed to the therapist on September 24, 1990. After the FGDS on September 25, 1990, he was hospitalized in the therapeutic department of the Astrakhan Autonomous Region of Astrakhan Autonomous Region with the diagnosis: Stomach ulcer for the first time. When examined: undercooked, tongue moist, coated with white coating. The abdomen is soft, painful in the epigastric region. FGDS of 25.09.90 g. Esophagus is freely passable, without features. Cardia closes completely. The entrance to the stomach is free, in the lumen a moderate amount of light mucus and liquid. The walls are mobile, the folds are thickened and straightened. Mucous thickened. From the side of great curvature, closer to the posterior wall of the pylorus, a ulcer defect is defined up to 1.7 cm in diameter, up to 0.2 cm deep, without a pronounced inflammatory shaft. In the 12p. A gut without features. Conclusion: Gastric ulcer against a background of chronic superficial gastritis.
Against the backdrop of diet therapy, without drugs, the patient was given 10 sessions of acupuncture according to a certain schedule, daily, for 30 minutes per session.

After the treatment, the state of health is good, there are no complaints. On examination: the tongue is clean and moist. The abdomen is soft, painless. ФГДС from 10/18/1990. Conclusion: Zaepithelialized stomach ulcer. For 13 years after the acupuncture of acupuncture, there was no peptic ulcer.
The duration of acupuncture was determined by subjective data (complaints of patients) and objective criteria (FGDS), confirming their recovery. So, for example, treatment with a long course of II and more sessions is not advisable, because recovery usually occurs after 8-10 sessions. Treatment with a short course - 7 sessions or less is not enough to achieve full recovery. The results of treatment of 100 patients showed a significant advantage of the proposed method.
A new feature of the invention is the effect of needles on the acupuncture points by a harmonizing method according to a certain scheme, including an additional effect on the corporeal point 16VIII (Juan-Shu), the auricular point AT-33 (Lob), which allows to normalize the patient's general condition and heal the ulcer defect for 8- 10 sessions, without the use of medication.
The use of the proposed method of treatment of peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenal ulcers makes it possible to reduce the temporary incapacity for work by 44-56%. The method excludes the use of medications, has no contraindications and side effects. The proposed method can be performed on an outpatient basis, it is technically simple, does not require special equipment, it can be recommended to patients who do not tolerate medications. The proposed method can be widely used in practical public health services in the cabinets of reflexology of polyclinics and hospitals everywhere.
The method can be used in the treatment of erosive esophagitis, erosive gastroduodenitis and symptomatic erosive-ulcerative lesions.
