Essence: influence the electromagnetic radiation of the mm-band on the biologically active points corresponding to the symptoms of the disease, with an individual selection of the resonance frequency performed according to the parameters of hemodynamics, for example, the ejection fraction. The invention makes it possible to shorten the duration of treatment, does not cause the occurrence of adverse reactions.
DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The invention relates to medicine, in particular to gastroenterology, and can be used in inpatient and outpatient settings for the treatment of diseases of the gastrointestinal tract (GI tract), mainly peptic ulcer, chronic gastritis, gastroduodenitis, chronic non-calculous cholecystitis, dyskinesia of bile ducts.
There is a known method for treating peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum (author N 1233874, class A 61 N 5/00), consisting in the action of an electromagnetic field of a millimeter range on the occipital region of the head in the wave interval 3.8-5.7 mm at The power flux density at the radiation output not exceeding 100 μW / cm 2 . At the same time, individual frequency selection is carried out at the first treatment session by radio interference with signals of 100-120 increments in frequency with successive frequency scanning and the individual frequency is determined by the parameters of the electroencephalogram. The course of treatment is 10-30 days.
The disadvantage of the known method is that it provides for the need for long-term treatment. In addition, with the use of this method, side effects are possible, since the effect of the electromagnetic field is carried out in the region of broad functional perception.
A method for treating chronic diseases of the gastroduodecal zone is known, for example, peptic ulcer of the stomach, duodenum, which involves exposure to the corporeal points of acupuncture with electromagnetic radiation of an extremely high frequency, which is selected by sensory sensations. Mode of influence: frequency range 54-78 GHz, power 3 mW / cm 2 for 25-30 min daily, treatment course 10 sessions.
The drawback of this method lies in the fact that it provides for the selection of radiation frequencies only on sensory sensations of the patient, which reduces the effectiveness of microwave therapy and can cause side effects from other organs and systems.
The aim of the invention is to conduct EHF therapies under the control of the individual resonance frequency of the radiation.
For this purpose, a method of treating gastrointestinal diseases is proposed, in which, simultaneously with the effect on acupuncture points of acupuncture, the hemodynamic index, for example, the ejection fraction, is additionally recorded by electromagnetic radiation. When the ejection fraction reaches a value corresponding to its increase by 30% relative to the initial value, the controlled radiation frequency is fixed as resonant for the given patient. Thus, the individual selection of the resonant frequency is carried out by an objective control of the change in the value of the hemodynamic index.
Distinctive features of the invention are:
Simultaneously record the hemodynamic index, for example, the ejection fraction (EF), up to the moment of its increase by 30% relative to the initial value;
The radiation frequency corresponding to the control value of the PV is fixed as a resonance frequency.
The mechanism of EHF-therapy is based on the resonance interaction of the organism with electromagnetic radiation, which results in the management of the recovery processes and the mobilization of the body's own reserve capacities.
Under the influence of electromagnetic radiation (EMR), the processes of cellular metabolism in all organs and body systems are stimulated, microcirculation in mucous membranes improves and, as a result, a high reparative effect occurs in duodenal ulcer and improvement of metabolic processes in the gastrointestinal tract in chronic inflammatory diseases . At the same time, the influence of EMP reacts metabolism in cardiomyocytes and stimulates microcirculation of the coronary channel, which manifests itself as a simultaneous appearance of sensory sensations of the gastrointestinal tract and improvement of the functional capacity of cardiomyocytes with an increase in the ejection fraction (EF) by 30%
The essence of the proposed method, consisting of EHF-therapy, by EMR with the simultaneous registration of cardiohemodynamics, is due to the fact that EMR is directed to points of general effect, which are points of influence on the cardiovascular system (points: E 36, GJ4, GJ11). Therefore, simultaneous monitoring of cardiohemodynamics indices is necessary in the treatment of patients with chronic inflammatory diseases of the digestive tract.
Simultaneous registration of EF is carried out until its increase by 30% of the baseline, further increase of this indicator is physiologically unfounded and can lead to depletion of reserve capabilities of the myocardium.
Correct choice of the frequency of exposure to EMR is the basis of the optimal effect on the whole organism, which prevents the occurrence of side effects and can help reduce the duration of treatment.
This method is carried out as follows.
Fibrogastroduodenoscopy is performed to establish the diagnosis of peptic ulcer, then to remove hemodynamic parameters according to echocardiography.
Then, the horns of the waveguides are positioned on the region of the points 36 of the left and right meridians of the stomach, the distance from the end of the waveguide to the skin surface being adjusted by means of a horn containing the thread in the ebonite nozzle, a tight control of the distance to the skin surface, which should be twice the wavelength.
Turn on the generator G-4-142 electromagnetic oscillations, carry out a smooth rotation of the frequency control knob electromagnetic interference with frequency-increasing signals in 30-40 seconds at 100 MHz, during this period, fix hemodynamic data to determine the resonant frequency.
Smoothly change the frequency of radiation until the increase in the hemodynamic index of PV by 30% relative to the initial value and fix this frequency as resonant. The patient at this point indicates the appearance of a feeling of "pressure", "movement", "numbness", "pricking", and in some cases, pain in the area of the pathological organ. The course of treatment is 10 sessions.
During the course of treatment, the duration of one session is 20-35 minutes, the choice of the area of influence is changed every 3 sessions depending on the stage of the gastrointestinal disease and the prevailing symptom complex:
With an exacerbation of peptic ulcer, chronic gastroduonitis, a leading pain syndrome:
1-3 sessions E 36 (2) for 20 min
4-6 sessions E (25) 2 points for 20 min
7-10 sessions J 12 to 30-35 minutes
With exacerbation of peptic ulcer, chronic gastroduodenitis, leading dyspeptic syndrome:
1-3 sessions GJ 11-2 points for 20 min
4-6 sessions E 36 2 points of 20 min
7-10 sessions E 22-2 points for 20 min
Mixed clinical course:
1-3 sessions E 36-2 points for 20 min
4-6 sessions J 12 to 30-35 minutes
7-10 sessions J 4 to 30-35 min
Chronic non-calculous cholecystitis:
1-4 sessions E 22 (right-hand point 30 min)
5-6 sessions E 41 to 20 min
7-10 sessions J 3 (2 points) for 20 min
Biliary dyskinesia:
1-5 sessions V V 34 (2 points) for 20 min
6-10 sessions E 22 (right-hand point) 30 min
It is judged on the effectiveness of therapy after the completion of the course of treatment according to instrumental methods of research, for example, fibrogastroduodenoscopy, ultrasound examination of the liver and biliary tract, intravenous cholecystography.
An example . Patient A. 42 years old with gastroduodenoscopic examination revealed a chronic ulcer of the bulb of the duodenum 0.5-0.6 cm in diameter, the bottom of which is covered with fibrin. Ulcerous anamnesis for 5 years despite the annual repeated courses of complex antiulcer therapy, positive clinical effectiveness was short-lived, relapse occurred annually in the autumn-winter period.
Patient A. was hospitalized with a diagnosis: peptic ulcer with ulcer localization in the bulb of the duodenum, active phase, pain syndrome. EHF-therapy was carried out as follows according to the proposed method: the patient was laid on a couch, a flexible waveguide was fixed over the area of point 36 of the left and right meridians of the stomach with an aluminum horn from the ebonite nozzle. The distance from the end of the waveguide to the surface of the skin was adjusted by threading the nozzle and the value of the doubled wavelength of the EHF effect was determined. Then turn on the generator of electromagnetic oscillations, smooth turn of the knob of the frequency controller give electromagnetic influence to the frequency increasing signals, raise the frequency at 100 MHz every 100-120 sec, during this time the hemodynamics data are removed by echocardioscopy. In 10 seconds after the beginning of the electromagnetic action at a frequency equal to the wavelength of 5.4 mm, an increase in the FB value by 30% from the baseline value, which was indicated in the patient's medical history, was noted. In this case, the patient experienced a sensation of "pulsation", "movement", "tingling" in the epigastric region, after 50 seconds of electromagnetic exposure, "numbness" and "warmth" in this area were noted. The frequency, equal to the wavelength of 5.4 mm, is for a given patient resonant, selected individually and provides the appearance of a biological effect. During the course of treatment, a session of EHF-therapy at this frequency was conducted. The course of treatment was 10 sessions:
1-3 sessions E 36 (2 points) for 20 min
4-6 sessions E 25 (2 points) for 20 min
7-10 sessions J 12-30 min.
After 10 sessions of therapy, control gastrofibroscopy was performed, which showed the presence of a linear scar 0.5 cm long at the site of the ulcer. At the same time, no medication was prescribed.
Conclusion: by using the proposed method of treatment of peptic ulcer of duodenal ulcer, a positive clinical effect was achieved without medication.
The table shows the advantage of this method of treatment in comparison with the known one.
