The invention is intended for crushing construction waste, in particular for utilization of precast concrete waste. The crushing unit for the destruction of construction waste contains a jaw crusher with a horizontally located crushing chamber, whose lower cheek is located on the supports and is equipped with a self-balancing vibrator and rigidly connected to the loading and unloading devices. Supports are made elastic, and at the end of the unloading device a grate is mounted.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to construction, in particular to installations for utilization of precast reinforced concrete.

An installation for the destruction of reinforced concrete structures based on a jaw crusher is known [1].

The closest to the proposed invention is a crushing aggregate for the destruction of construction waste containing a jaw crusher with a horizontally disposed crushing chamber, the lower cheek of which is located on the supports, the loading and unloading device [2].

A disadvantage of these inventions is the difficulty in crushing pieces of reinforced concrete of irregular shape and construction debris that are difficult to grasp by the pusher stopper.

The object of the invention is to perform a productive crushing of construction waste, including extended objects in the form of plates and separate pieces of irregular shape.

This object is achieved in that a crushing unit for destroying construction waste containing a jaw crusher with a horizontally disposed crushing chamber, whose lower cheek is located on the supports, a loading and unloading device, the lower cheek is provided with a self-balancing vibrator and rigidly connected to the loading and unloading devices, The supports are made resilient, and at the end of the discharge device a grate is mounted.

The unit for the destruction of building waste contains the jaw crusher 1, the lower neck 2 of which is located on the elastic supports 3, the loading 4 and the unloading 5 of the device. The lower cheek 2 is provided with one or more self-balancing vibrators 6 and a grate 7 is located at the end of the discharge device 5. The upper cheek 8 of the crusher 1 is driven by an eccentric shaft 9 and is provided with a spacer plate 10 and a clamping spring 11.

EXISTS AS FOLLOWS:

The starting material is loaded onto the charging device 4 and, under the influence of oscillations created by the self-balancing vibrator 6, moves along the lower cheek 2 mounted on the elastic supports 3 of the jaw crusher 1 where it is crushed by the movement of the upper cheek 8 created by the eccentric shaft 9. The crushed material is fed to Unloading device 5, where it falls through the grate 7 to the belt conveyor 12, and the reinforcement is fed for further processing.

The technical and economic effectiveness of the invention in comparison with the known one consists in the possibility of providing more efficient crushing of construction waste, including both extended objects in the form of plates, and individual pieces of irregular shape.
