The invention relates to beekeeping and can be applied to the regulation of the number of bees when creating productive bee colonies by the feeding factor. Feeding sugar syrup with carnitine chloride at a mixing ratio of water: sugar: carnitine chloride - 3: 1 :( 0.0016-0.016) in a dose of 0.25 kg per 1 kg of live weight of bees once in 5 days during the spring-summer period not less than 16-18 times, it is possible to stimulate the daily egg production of queens by 1.8 times, honey production of the family 3.9 times and wax production 1.6 times.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to agriculture, mainly to beekeeping, and can be widely used to regulate the number of insects and to increase honey production of bee colonies.

Methods of feeding bees are known in the period of their active activity. "Breeding and maintenance of bees." G.A. Avetisyan, publishing house "Kolos", Moscow, 1971, 319 . However, these methods did not reflect the effect of feeding on the egg-bearing capacity of queens, on the change in the honey and wax productivity of bee colonies.

A preparation for stimulating the reproduction of insects, mainly honey bees, containing a filler and a biologically active substance is known, as a mixture of ecdysterone and vitamin B 12 at the following ratio of components, mass% :

Vitamin B 12 - 0.0008-0.0012

Ecdysterone - 0.0008-0.0012

Filler - Other

And as a filler, starch, stearic acid and sugar are used.

Patent of the Russian Federation 2,034,504; MKI: 6 A 23 K 1/18; Pub. 10.05.95. The patentee: Kakpakov V.T.

A method for preparing chicken broiler feeds is known , comprising adding a premix to the standard feed, and additionally introducing technical carnitine chloride in a dose of 100-300 g / t of feed to the premix before addition to the feed. Author. Svid-in the USSR 1678285. MKI: A 23 K 1/16, the date of the pub. 23.09.91 .

The last analogue is given in connection with the use of carnitine chloride in the feed.

In the proposed technical solution, this component is used to prepare a mixture for feeding bees in a different ratio and composition of the ingredients, in addition, a scheme for the effective use of this mixture in both the quantitative and time intervals is given.

The most close to the proposed technical solution is a method for increasing the productivity of bees , in which a pollen substitute containing a set of amino acids, micronutrients, sugar powder, syrup is used as top dressing, and the feeding was laid in the hives three times, once every 12 days in April-May.

"Increase in the productivity of bee colonies by using a complex of protein-vitamin supplementation". N.G. Jeremic (Candidate of Sciences), Moscow, 1986.

The main disadvantages of the above described methods are the complexity of the compositions used, the length of time for their preparation, the difficulties that arise when positive or negative effects of individual ingredients of multicomponent mixtures used in the feeding of bees are detected.

The technical result of this invention consists in the emergence of the possibility of effective regulation of the number of insects with simultaneous growth of honey and wax productivity of bee colonies.

The technical result is achieved by using carnitine chloride as a biologically active substance in the method of stimulating the productivity and fertility of bees by using a sugar syrup mixture as a biologically active substance at a mixing ratio of water: sugar: carnitine chloride of 3: 1 , respectively :( 0.0016-0.016) .

The resulting mixture in an amount of 0.25 kg per 1 kg of live weight of the bee-family is fed once every five days during the spring-summer period of the year, not less than 16-18 times .

Carnitine chloride ( DL- form) is a domestic preparation, it is produced by organic synthesis at the Usolye-Siberian Chemical Combine, TU-64-12-15-88 .

The empirical formula of carnitine chloride is as follows:

In the body, carnitine chloride is converted into carnitine, which participates in the energy metabolism (transfer of acyl, including acetyl radicals through the mitochondrial membranes of the animal cell). Carnitine chloride, when it is included in the feeding process, promotes the effective use of lipids and the conservation of carbohydrates and protein components of the feed.

EXAMPLES OF THE FASHION EXECUTION

Three variants of top dressing were tested, in which carnitine chloride was dissolved in sugar syrup in the amount of 50.75 and 100 mg of carnitine chloride per 1 kg of live weight of the bee-family. This dose of carnitine chloride was given once every five days. Introduction 75 mg of carnitine chloride in the feeding of bees allows a 1.8- fold increase in the daily egg-laying of the queens, a 3.9- fold increase in honey production, a 1.6- fold increase in wax productivity and a 1.5- fold increase in the development of the bee-family. A dose of 75 mg is the most economical and expedient.

In one of the farms of the Kaluga region, from May 15 to August 15, 1990, a check was made of the use of carnitine chloride in the feeding for bees. Carnitine chloride was added to the sugar syrup at the rate of 50.75 and 100 mg per 1 kg of live weight of the bee-family. The scheme of the experiment and the results of the test are presented in Tables 1 and 2 and show the positive effect of carnitine chloride on the productivity of bee-families. And the optimal dose is 75 mg per 1 kg of live weight of the bee-family, once every five days.

Calculation of the content of carnitinechloride in the sublayer

The content of carnitine chloride in top dressing depends on the dosage of carnitine chloride per 1 kg of the live weight of the bee-family ( 50-100 mg / kg of live weight ) and the live weight of the bee-family ( from 2 to 10 kg ).

Sugar is added to top dressing to add flavor to the desired taste; Its amount in feeding does not depend on the live weight of the bee-family and is 62.2 g when fed once in 5 days ( 250 g · 25%: 100% = 62.6 g ) on the bee-seed.

Calculation 1
The live weight of the bee-family at the beginning of the season of honey collection is 2 kg . The dose of carnitine chloride is 50 mg / kg of live weight every 5 days. Thus, the mass of carnitine chloride in top dressing will be 50 mg / kg · 2 kg = 100 mg = 0.1 g .

Calculation 2
The live weight of the bee-family at the end of the season of honey collection is 10 kg . The dose of carnitine chloride is 100 mg / kg of the live weight of the bee-family every 5 days. Thus, the mass of carnitine chloride in the additive will be 100 mg / kg · 10 kg = 1000 mg = 1 g . Calculation 1 takes the minimum mass of the bee-family ( 2 kg ) and the minimum dose of carnitine chloride per 1 kg of live weight ( 50 mg ); Hence the minimum weight ratio of carnitine chloride to the weight of water and sugar is ( water: sugar: carnitine chloride = 3: 1: 0.0016 ).

Calculation 2 takes the maximum mass of the bee-family ( 10 kg ) and the maximum dose of carnitine chloride per 1 kg of live weight ( 100 mg ); Hence the minimum weight ratio of carnitine chloride to water and sugar weight ( water: sugar: carnitine chloride = 3: 1: 0.0016 ).

Thus, the proposed top dressing containing carnitine chloride, dissolved in sugar syrup, with a ratio of water, sugar and carnitine chloride of 3: 1 :( 0,016-0,0016) , stimulates honey production, fecundity and safety of bees.
