Describes an optical adhesive comprising epoksidianovy oligomer, an aliphatic amine curing agent, and modifiers, characterized in that it contains as modifiers triglitsidilfosfat and diglycidyl esters of phosphorus acids of general formula where R = -OCH 3, -CH 3, in the following ratio by weight. h: epoksidianovy oligomer -100 triglitsidilfosfat - 2-15, diglycidyl ether of phosphorus acid - 3-2000, an aliphatic amine curing agent - stoichiometric amount.. The technical result - the expansion and the possibility of adjusting the refractive index of the adhesive band structure simplification and cooking techniques while maintaining the basic strength parameters of the optical adhesive.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to the production and optical adhesives may be used in an optical instrument for bonding of optical parts.

Known optical adhesive OK-50P, which is an epoxy resin dissolved in epichlorohydrin cured polyethylene polyamine fraction [GOST 14887-87. Optical adhesives. Types and basic parameters.].

Clay has a high transmittance in a wide wavelength range (99% for = 400- 2700 nm), but the refractive index (n D20) of adhesive can vary only within a narrow range from 1,578-1,582.

The closest in technical essence is an optical adhesive includes epoksidianovuyu resin brand ED-20, a modified silanomom SEDM-3 [OST 6-05-448-80] condensation product of 1,1-dioksimetil-3-cyclohexane epichlorohydrin - man- 650D [TU-6-05-400-130-81] diglycidylether camphoric acid - DGEKK [TU 88 Ukrainian SSR 21533-82] hardened mixture of 1,3-bis (aminoalkyl) adamantane [TU 6-09-40- 1047-85] and the reaction product in an equimolar ratio of butyl glycidyl ether and diamine adamantane [TU 6-05-214-482-86] [AS USSR N 1665685 Cl C 09 J 163/00, 1996] (prototype).

The refractive index of the adhesive can be varied in a fairly narrow range: 1,493-1,501.

The disadvantage of this composition is the complexity of the composition and preparation, deficiency adhesive components and a narrow range of variation of the refractive index.

The invention is directed to the expansion and the possibility of adjusting the refractive index of the adhesive band structure simplification and cooking techniques while maintaining the basic strength parameters of the optical adhesive.

The result achieved by the optical adhesive comprising epoksidianovy oligomer, an aliphatic amine curing agent modifiers and contains as modifiers triglitsidilfosfat and diglycidyl esters of phosphorus acids of the general formula:

where R = -OCH 3; -CH 3, in the following ratio (parts by weight);

epoksidianovy oligomer - 100

triglitsidilfosfat - 2-15

diglycidyl ether of phosphorus acid - 3-2000

an aliphatic amine curing agent - stoichiometric quantity

Epoksidianovye resin used ED-24 brands, ED-22, ED-20, ED-18 [GOST 10587-84] and other oligomers of this series.

Glycidyl esters of phosphorus acids are clear (in the range 300-2700 nm) of the liquid, curable amine hardeners. (Stepashkina LV, Rizpolozhensky NI Synthesis and properties of glycidyl esters of phosphorus acids II Izv Ser.him -... In 1967, the N3 - S.607-610).

Optical adhesive was prepared as follows:

By rigging epoksidianovoy resin was added glycidyl ether calculated amount of phosphorus and triglitsidilfosfata acid curing agent was then introduced in a stoichiometric ratio. As the aliphatic amine hardeners used hardeners such as diethylenetriamine [TU 6-09-2955-73].

Curing of the adhesive was carried out under the following regime: 22 ± 4 o C - 1 day; 60 o C - for 4 hours. Under these conditions it provides the ultimate cure and optimizing the properties of the adhesive.

Tensile adhesive peel strength ( neg neg) was determined for bonded sapphire disks. The thickness of the adhesive layer was not more than 3 microns.

Resistance to thermal shock adhesive fills tested for adhesive samples 15 mm in diameter and 1.5 mm thick.

Spectral transmittance of the adhesive was determined in the range of 215 to 3000 nm at a layer thickness of not less than 10 microns.

The refractive index of the adhesive was determined in accordance with GOST 28869-90.

Table 1 shows the compositions and refractive indices of the cured adhesives.

As can be seen (Table. 1), the refractive index of adhesives can be varied in the range of 1,490 to 1,572, which is much wider than that of the prototype (1,493-1.501).

The refractive index can be continuously changed by varying the concentration of diglycidyl esters of phosphorus acids in the range of 3 to 2000 parts by weight

Outside this concentration range diglycidyl esters of phosphorus acids have almost no effect on the refractive index, hence, the introduction of less than 3 parts by weight and more than 2000 parts by weight It does not extend the range of variation of the refractive index. At the same time narrowing the interval reduces the concentration range of the refractive index.

For triglitsidilfosfata concentration range is determined by the adhesive strength achieved.

Main optical adhesives are given in Table 1 and in Table 2

The proposed adhesive has a wide range of refractive indices while maintaining the basic indicators at the prototype level.
