The adhesive composition intended for gluing cardboard boxes with lacquered surface in the packaging of frozen foods. To prepare a mixture of casein glue solution with active additives with mass concentration in the range 28-31,4%, with an alkaline solution of oxidized starch with a mass concentration in the range 23-24,8%. Wherein the weight ratio of the components is 5: 1. The adhesive composition has a high frost resistance and withstands at least four cycles of freezing and thawing.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to compositions of water soluble adhesive compositions for the food industry, particularly to adhesive compositions intended to bond varnished cardboard boxes for packaging surface frozen products.

Known adhesive composition comprising a water-soluble cellulose ether, polyethylene oxide, disodium edetate, glycerin, kaolin and water (SU 1,175,960 30/08/85).

A drawback of this adhesive is its relatively low viability and poor adhesion to coated substrates at reduced temperatures boxes.

The base adhesive for bonding of cardboard boxes for packaging frozen products on automatic lines using synthetic glue, made in accordance with GOST 18992-80.

This glue does not provide requirements for highly efficient bonding of cardboard boxes with lacquered surface without introducing additional plasticizer, unacceptable for use in the food industry.

The closest to the proposed invention is an adhesive composition comprising a mixture of acid casein, hydrolyzed starch with a low viscosity 7% solution viscosity at 20 o C of from 300 to 1500 mPa · s, an alkali, sodium phosphate, urea and water in the parts by weight ratio: 0.8 -1.0: 0.1-0.3: 0.02-0.05: 0.3-0.5: 0.1-0.2: 3.0-5.0. The composition of the adhesive used for labeling metallized fatty vessels in automatic mode, but the adhesive properties of the adhesive are insufficient in bonding of paper boxes at temperatures in the range 10-20 o C (CZ 268047A, 31.07.90 ).

The technical result is to preserve the adhesive properties of the adhesive when gluing paper boxes with lacquered surface in the process of packing and storage of quick-frozen foodstuffs.

Said technical result is achieved due to the fact that there is a mass concentration in the range 28-31,4% of a water-soluble adhesive for food industry, comprising a mixture of a casein solution containing active additives and starch product casein solution with active additives, as used in starch product oxidized starch liquor mass concentration in the range 23-24,8%, wherein the ratio by weight of casein solution with active additives and alkali oxidized starch solution is 5: 1. As the active ingredients are, for example, urea, sodium phosphate, EDTA, as well as the starch product - alkaline solution of oxidized potato starch having a viscosity of 2% solution at 20 o C, equal to 10-13 (GOST 9070-75).

The virtue of the invention the adhesive is that the mixture of the solution with the casein solution of oxidized starch in the presence of active ingredients gives high initial adhesive and final adhesion to the painted surface of paper boxes, cooled to minus 10-20 o C are in their frozen product during sudden and temperature fluctuations during storage of frozen food. Initial Adhesion glue joint when bonding boxes at 10 o Cwith a 30-40, glue joint sufficiently elastic and can withstand low temperatures of minus 5 o C to -32 o C. The adhesive composition has high resistance to frost. Tests on adhesive frost at minus 40 o C showed that the composition can withstand at least 4 freeze-thaw cycles.

Water-soluble adhesive for food industry, comprising a mixture of a casein solution containing active additives and starch product, wherein the casein solution with active additives have a mass concentration in the range 28 - 31.4%, as a starch product used alkaline solution of oxidized starch mass concentration in the range 23 - 24.8%, the weight ratio casein solution with active additives and alkali oxidized starch solution is 5: 1.
