The invention relates to ornamental articles and method of manufacturing the decorative artistic and technical products based on amber, comprising pouring a composition into a mold, curing the composition, the extraction from the mold, thus extracting the casting from the mold is performed by placing them in a liquid medium at a temperature above the material melting point form but lower than the melting temperature of the composition, and thereafter separating the mold material from the castings by different values and densities of the casting mold materials. This method can reduce the labor intensity of production.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to the production of artistic and decorative articles with amber, but can also be used for the manufacture of technical products and for other purposes.

A method for manufacturing decorative and artistic articles by pouring into a mold zhidkopodvizhnoy compositions based on amber with the addition of a polymeric binder, accelerator and hardener (Patent 2,151,700, in 44 C 5/00, C 04 B 26/18).

The disadvantage of this method that limits its application is the considerable complexity of the casting process of extraction from the mold because of the high adhesion of the composition to form the material, and a relatively low surface smoothness of castings. To facilitate removal of the casting from the mold working surface of its walls is coated with a protective layer gelkoauta or other materials reducing said adhesion.

All this complicates the manufacture and expensive.

The problem to be solved by the proposed technical solution - reducing the complexity of extracting the casting from the mold, to simplify and reduce the cost of production.

To solve this problem the removal of the castings from the mold accomplished by heating the shaped material to a temperature that increases its point of melting, but less than the softening temperature of the casting with subsequent separation of the mold material from the casting, for example, in a liquid medium by various density values of the mold material and the casting.

The proposed technical solution illustrated by a drawing, which schematically illustrates one possible embodiment of the proposed method.

Method is as follows

According to the technology used in the practice of casting, investment casting of metals and alloys (see., Eg, Ing. Monograph "lost wax casting", ed. Ya Shklennika and VA Ozerov, M .: Mashgiz, 1971 .) is produced (see. figure) wax, such as paraffin or stearin of form 1 and rod 2, which is installed in a holder 6.

Amber chips cleaned of oxidized film and treated gelkoautom.

Zhidkopodvizhnuyu succinic then prepared a composition consisting of the following components (wt.%):

Filler (amber chips) - 40.0

The binder (polyester resin) - 58.0

Accelerator "NC" - 1.0

Hardener "IEC" - 1.0

The components of the mixture are thoroughly mixed and the resulting mixture 3 (composition) of the bucket 4 (see. The drawing, c) pouring funnel is filled through the working cavity of the mold. After curing the mixture the entire mold assembly is placed in a container of boiling water (not shown). This wax is melted and, being lighter amber floats on the surface of the water bath.

The finished casting is removed from the water and dried at a temperature of 50-70 o C for 4.3 hours.

Similarly, the casting may be manufactured in forms made of, for example, Wood's alloy. At the same time after the melting of amber form the product to the surface of the liquid metal bath.

Compared with the known method, taken as a prototype, the offered technical solution allows succinic from cheap raw materials (crumbs, waste industrial productions amber products) to produce products of complex configuration with a precise contour surface and high purity with minimal complexity removing castings from the mold.

CLAIM

A method of manufacturing decorative artistic and technical products based on amber, comprising pouring a composition into a mold, curing the composition, the extraction from the mold, characterized in that the extraction of the casting from the mold is performed by placing them in a liquid medium at a temperature above the melting temperature of the material form, but less than the melting temperature of the composition, followed by separation from the casting mold material by different values of material densities and form castings.
