The invention relates to the composition of glass-ceramic material and may be used in the chemical and construction industries, for manufacturing of gemstones products Assay and stone. Reducing the onset of crystallization temperature, improved chemical resistance and wear resistance is achieved by the glass crystalline material further comprises MnO in the following ratio, wt%: SiO 2 - 46,0-53,0;. TiO 2 0.3-3.0; Al 2 O 3 9,0-18,0; Fe 2 O 3 4,5-10,0; FeO 2,0-8,0; MgO 6,0-11,0; CaO 6,2-12,2; Na 2 O 1,5-6,0; K 2 O 0,2-2,5; P 2 O 5, 0.05-0.1; MnO 0,05-1,0.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to the composition of glass-ceramic material and may be used in the chemical and construction industries, for manufacturing of gemstones products Assay and stone.

Is known [1] shlakositalla glass crystalline material comprising (wt.):

SiO 2 41,10-44,90

Al 2 O 3 10,80-18,90

CaO 19,80-24,00

MgO 1,05-3,10

TiO 2 0,45-0,86

S -2 0,05-0,15

FeO 1,90-2,94

Fe 2 O 3 7,40-9,00

Na 2 O 1,60-4,00

K 2 O 2,50-3,00

P 2 O 5 0.6-1

Cr 2 O 3 0.1-0.8

The disadvantage is that the material has a higher crystallization start temperature (860 o C), which may cause deformation during crystallization, lack of wear resistance and high chemical resistance is insufficient, which reduces the area of use of the material.

The closest to the proposed material to the technical essence and achieved result is a glass crystalline material [2] the following composition.

SiO 2 35-60

Al 2 O 3 5-20

MgO 5-20

FeO 0,5-5

Fe 2 O 3 5-15

R 2 O 5-15

Na 2 O 0-10

K 2 O 0-10

F 2-6

CaO 0-5

MnO 0-2

TiO 2 0-5

Li 2 O 0-5

This material has a high viscosity and high temperature crystallization starts.

The technical result of the invention is to reduce the temperature of the onset of crystallization, increased chemical resistance and wear resistance is achieved by the glass crystalline material further comprises P 2 O 5 in the following ratio, wt.

SiO 2 0.3-3.0

TiO 2 9,0-18,0

Al 2 O 3 4,5-10,0

Fe 2 O 3 46,0-53,0

FeO 2,0-8,0

MgO 6,0-11,0

CaO 6,2-12,2

Na 2 O 1,5-6,0

K 2 O 0,2-2,5

P 2 O 5, 0.05-0.1

MnO 0,05-1,0

Glass crystalline material is obtained as follows.

The charge is melted at 1300-1350 o C for 2-3 hours. With the development of the melt does not crystallize. As a result of the secondary heat treatment at 800-1050 o C for 0.5-1 hours, a fine-crystalline (crystal size of 0.05-1 micron) material uniform black in terms of fire-polished with iridescent surface.

The composition of the batch includes rocks of basic composition, such as diabase, basalt, with the addition of carbonate rock dolomite. As the charge can be used and metallurgical slag and fly ash-slag wastes from TPPs corrective additives.

Compositions of glass-ceramic material are shown in Table 1. Examples 1-3 characterize the claimed compounds; Examples 4-5 prohibitive. Properties of glass-ceramic materials are given in Table 2.

glass-ceramic material

The table shows that formulations 1-3 have low onset of crystallization temperature, high wear resistance and chemical resistance.

Composition 4 is crystallized in the development, making it difficult to obtain glass-ceramic material for glass ceramics technology.

Formulation 5 has a high onset of crystallization temperature, partially deformed during crystallization has not sufficiently high chemical resistance.

Fine grain structure is uniformly black, increase wear and acid resistance can extend the use of glass-ceramic material of the claimed composition, in particular, to use it as a touchstone, and the formation of flame-polished iridescent surface makes it suitable as a decorative facing material.
