DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to metallurgy, in particular to gold-based alloys used in instrument making, jewelry, and chemical industries.

Alloys containing gold, silver, and copper are known.

Known is an alloy containing the following components, wt. %: Gold 58.0-59.0; Silver 9.0-11.5; Manganese 2.0-3.5; Zinc 3.0-4.0; Copper the rest (2). Such an alloy is used in the jewelry industry.

The object of the invention is to increase the mechanical properties of the alloy.

The aim is achieved by adding titanium and nickel to the gold-containing alloy containing silver, zinc, copper, with the following component ratio, by weight. %: Gold 58.0-59.0; Silver 12.0-13.0; Zinc 1.8-2.3; Titanium 3.1-3.8; Nickel 0,3-0,4; Copper the rest.

In Table. 1 shows the compositions of the proposed alloy based on gold.

In Table. 2 shows the expected mechanical properties of the proposed alloy.

The technology of obtaining the proposed alloy is the same as the technology of obtaining the prototype alloy.

CLAIM

The gold-based alloy containing silver, zinc and copper, characterized in that, in order to increase the mechanical properties, it additionally contains titanium and nickel at the following component ratio, wt. %:

Gold 58.0 - 59.0

Silver 12.0 - 13.0

Zinc 1.8 - 2.3

Titanium 3.1 - 3.8

Nickel 0.3-0.4
