The production of artistic and decorative products can be used in the interior of premises, in the manufacture of doors, furniture, and can find use in architecture. On the computer develop a color sketch of the stained glass picture. Pre-made panels made of amber, for which a batch of pieces of amber lined in a box on a horizontal surface. Then in a few receptions the entire layer of amber is filled with glue. After the composition is completely cured, the outer layer of the surface of the resulting amber panel is sheared off, the panel is turned over and the operations of pouring with adhesive composition, cutting and grinding are repeated to obtain a predetermined panel thickness. In accordance with the sketch of the laser beam developed for a particular program, amber panels of different colors cut out individual elements. The collected elements are clamped in the frame and filled with adhesive. After the hardening of the glue composition, this surface of the stained-glass window is covered with a layer of varnish, the fiberglass mesh is immediately applied and the lacquer is re-filled. After the lacquer dries completely, the stained glass is turned over and the operations of pouring with varnish and laying the mesh on the other surface of the stained glass are repeated. Then both surfaces of the stained glass are polished. When creating the invention, the task was to create unique stained-glass windows, the elements of which can be made using natural stone - amber, which allows to obtain a new decorative effect.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to the production of artistic and decorative products and can be used in the interior of premises, in the manufacture of doors, furniture, and can find use in architecture.

The word "stained glass" comes from the French "vitre" and means "window glass". In modern terms, these are panels of different sizes and shapes that have a decorative color pattern that let light through.

The traditional technology of making stained glass windows is known, based on the fact that pieces of colored glass are joined together by a profile made of lead [Magazine "Architecture. Building. Design, No. 6, 2002, pp.88-89].

A method for making stained-glass windows is adopted, which is accepted as a prototype , including cutting glass sheets into individual elements with a laser beam according to a certain program from the computer, cutting out the metal substrate, laying the glass elements of the pattern onto the substrate, and then filling the space between the elements with a low-melting alloy that is soldered to the substrate [ 2114074, IPC B 44 C 5/08, 1996] .

However, all known methods are applicable only for the manufacture of glass stained glass.

A method is known for making decorative articles using amber filler, adopted as a prototype , including preliminary sorting of amber according to texture, color, shape and size, amber treatment with gelcoat, preparation of a molding composition with the introduction of a polymer binder, molding in a mold [Patent of the Russian Federation No. 21571700 , IPC B 44 C 5/00, 1998]

However, this method allows to obtain products only of the type of facing tiles or panels, but it is not suitable for making stained-glass windows. Preliminary treatment of amber with gelcoat and subsequent shaping of the mass hides the internal texture of amber, which reduces the decorative effect. When the molding mass of the mold is filled, the amber pieces come into contact with the bottom of the mold, which does not reveal the internal texture of amber. At the lumen of the tiles have a uniform color throughout the surface, the tiles are easily broken by impact.

When creating the invention, the task was to create unique stained-glass windows, the elements of which can be made using natural stone - amber, which allows to obtain a new decorative effect.

The task has been solved due to the fact that in the proposed method for manufacturing a stained-glass window including the development of a sketch of a drawing, cutting out the stained glass elements by a laser beam according to a certain program in accordance with the sketch and assembling the elements, according to the invention, the elements are assembled on a strictly horizontal surface, then alternately from both Sides pour the entire surface of the stained glass window with a glue composition, after the glue composition is fully cured, both surfaces of the stained glass are covered with a layer of varnish and a fiberglass mesh is applied, then re-covered with a layer of lacquer and after completely drying, both surfaces of the stained glass are polished.

To prevent gluing of the stained-glass window during the filling with glue composition, the horizontal surface is covered with a wax composition before assembling the elements.

Part of the stained glass elements can be made of hardened colored varnish with the addition of amber powder, which allows to increase the decorative effect of stained glass by adding another color scale.

Assembling the elements of the stained glass on a strictly horizontal surface and impregnating it with adhesive composition allows us to obtain a uniform thickness of the stained glass.

Double-sided reinforcement with a fiberglass mesh allows to ensure the impact resistance of the stained glass is much stronger than that of the glass stained glass.

And the task set is solved due to the fact that in the proposed method for manufacturing stained glass elements using amber including amber sorting according to the color scale and size according to the invention, a layer of amber of the required color scale and size is placed in a box on a strictly horizontal surface, then alternately on both sides Adhesive composition, after complete hardening, cut the outer layer of the obtained panel from both sides and grind.

To enhance the decorative effect, two panels, made from amber of different sizes and different colors, glue together.

Cutting the outer layer allows to reveal the internal texture of amber.

The invention is illustrated in the drawings.

THE METHOD IS PROVIDED AS FOLLOWS:

On the computer develop a color sketch of the stained glass picture. In accordance with the sketch, fine amber is sorted by color and size. A lot of pieces of amber 1 of the required size and color scale are laid out in a rectangular box on a strictly horizontal surface, previously covered with a waxy composition. After a complete curing of the composition, the outer layer of the surface of the obtained amber panel 3 is cut off, while the internal texture of the pieces of amber is shown, then the surface is grinded, the panel is turned over and the operations of pouring with adhesive composition, cutting and polishing Obtaining a predetermined panel thickness (FIG. 1). In the same way, panels of a different color range are made. To enhance the decorative effect, it is possible to glue together two panels made of amber of different sizes and different color scales (Fig. 2). In accordance with the sketch of the laser beam developed, a certain program of amber panels of 3 different colors cuts out individual elements 4. Some of the elements of the stained-glass window can be made of hardened colored lacquer with the addition of amber powder. Before assembling the elements 4, the horizontal surface, on which the stained-glass window will be mounted, is covered with a wax composition. The assembled elements 4 are clamped in a frame and poured with adhesive composition 2 in several steps until the composition is completely penetrated into the gap between the elements 4. After the glue composition has completely cured, this surface of the stained glass is covered with a layer of varnish, the fiberglass 5 is immediately applied and varnished. After the lacquer dries completely, the stained glass is turned over and the operations of pouring with varnish and laying the mesh 5 on the other surface of the stained glass are repeated. Then both surfaces of the stained glass are polished.
