DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to power engineering and electrical engineering and can be used in the design of engines using energy of permanent magnets.

The closest to the invention is an engine comprising a base mounted thereon stator with permanent magnets and a rotor including a shaft disposed on the bearing supports in the stator bore, and the magnetic elements arranged to magnetic interaction with the stator magnets (EP, application 0152252, cl. of H 02 K 53/00, 1985).

The disadvantages of this engine are complicated construction, large dimensions.

The object of the invention is to eliminate these drawbacks by creating compact, secure, tech engine.

This object is achieved by the fact that the stator is designed as a plate made of a diamagnetic material, the magnets are fixed to it on both sides, on the basis of a stator magnet pole area has contacts connected to the current source, the magnetic rotor elements are in the form of at least a pair of traction rollers provided with induction coils, and dual contacts and mounted on an axle fixedly connected to the shaft to roll during rotation of the latter by the magnets of the stator, the rotor contact rollers are connected to the coils and are arranged at the ends of the axis to periodically interact with the stator contacts.

Moreover, the rotor may be provided with a second axis fixedly connected with a shaft mounted perpendicularly to the first axis on the other side of the stator and having a pair of traction rollers and a pair of twin contacts arranged to cooperate with the magnets and the stator similar to the first contacts pairs.

The engine comprises a base and an annular stator mounted on the base and formed in a plate 10 of diamagnetic material fixed thereon on two sides by permanent magnets 9. The stator bore extends through the rotor, which consists of one power takeoff shaft, the bearing supports located on and rigidly connected by splines to the shaft splines or 1 at least one transverse axis 2, which ends with a sliding fit and to roll along the stator magnets 9 is set at least a pair of traction rollers 3. Fig. 1 shows a rotor with two transverse axes 2 disposed perpendicular to each other on opposite sides of the stator, and two pairs of rollers 3. However, the axes of the rollers 2 and 3 and can be longer and they all have a similar structure. Based in the stator poles of the magnets 9 zone established collectors contacts 8 connected to a power supply, which can be, for example, the battery 6 with pushbutton or toggle switch 7. Traction rollers 3 have the induction coil 4 connected to the double contacts 5. Traction rollers 3 can be mounted on ball bearings and double pins 5 may be arranged on the roller casing 3, but in any case, the pins 5 rotate together with the rollers 3. pins 5 may be positioned closer to axis 2 to the shaft 1 or closer to the ends of two axes, but at any location should be provided periodically their magnetic interaction with the contacts 8 when the rotation shaft 1. The rollers 3 can be made of electrical steel and the contacts 5 - of steel wire from a technical silver coating.

ENGINE RUNNING AS FOLLOWS

To start the motor operation is switched to a toggle switch 7 and the electricity is supplied to the coil 4 of traction rollers 3. This spool 4 rollers 3 are magnetized so that the rollers at the ends of the pole 3 are formed, like poles of the magnets of the stator 9, i.e. at the end of the roller 3, adhering to the south pole, the south pole, and at the end of the roller 3, adhering to the north, the north pole. Like poles repel each other, there is a push roller 3 by the magnetic force of the pole, while the other pair of rollers 3 is under the influence of the magnetic flux, and pole magnets are attracted to the poles of the stator 9-plate 10. As a result, the rollers 3 roll on the magnets 9, and 1 shaft begins to rotate. During the rotation shaft 1 connected via two axle pins 5 with him periodically interact with stationary contacts 8. This interaction short contacts 5 and 8 is sufficient for changing the signs of the magnetic poles, since the time when the contacts 5 and 8 are open, the rotor continues freewheel without stopping. The torque of the shaft 1 by means of different intermediate nodes used to drive a variety of machines and mechanisms: electric generators, vehicles, machine tools, etc. The motor has a simple structure, and manufacturable in safe, has no toxic emissions and can be widely used in various fields of technology.

CLAIM

  1. Engine comprising a base set on the basis of an annular stator with permanent magnets and a rotor including a shaft disposed on the bearing supports in the stator bore, and the magnetic elements arranged to magnetic interaction with the magnets of the stator, wherein the stator is made of a plate of diamagnetic material, the magnets are fixed to it on both sides, based on a zone of the poles of the stator magnets mounted contacts connected to the current source, the magnetic rotor elements are in the form of at least a pair of traction rollers provided with induction coils, and dual contacts and mounted on an axis, rigidly connected to the shaft with the possibility of rotation of the rolling rollers when the latter by the magnets of the stator, the rotor contacts connected to the coils and arranged on the roller axis to periodically interact with the stator contacts.

An engine according to claim 1, characterized in that the rotor is provided with a second axis fixedly connected with a shaft mounted perpendicularly to the first axis on the other side of the stator and having a pair of traction rollers and a pair of twin contacts arranged to cooperate with the magnets and the stator similar to the first contacts pairs .
