Use: automotive and aviation industries. The inventive internal combustion engine comprises a rotary cylindrical body, on both sides closable lids. The new design is a circular cylindrical housing and the rotor. Due to the displacement of their centers and compression slab, moving a butt end on the inner side of the housing, the other on the inner cylinder, and sliding one side on the inner side of the rotor bottom and the inner side of the right case cover constituting one plane and sliding along the inner side of the left housing cover . Compression overlap in the longitudinal and semicircular slide bushings rolling, in turn sliding in recesses in the rotor wall, due to all of the obtained pressure difference in the chambers. The rotor has a bottom through holes for fuel and the bypass channels to the outside diameter of the fuel supply, exhaust through a window located in the right cover of the housing, and wherein the inlet is a groove.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to mechanical engineering, in particular to internal combustion engines (ICEs), used, for example, in the automotive and aircraft industries.

The internal combustion engine is an integral part of the automobile and aircraft structure. Known constructions in all types of internal combustion machines in which they are used, have the same designation.

The disadvantages of these engines are the complexity, the complexity of manufacturing, the energy loss in the auxiliary machinery.

Known design Wankel rotary combustion engine having a complicated curve on the body and a triangular rotor.

The disadvantages of the Wankel combustion engine are time-consuming implementation of housing, inefficient seals on the rotor.

Object of the invention aimed at savings in the manufacture of metals, simple design, easy access for repair during operation, fuel economy.

This is achieved in that the internal combustion engine, the rotary comprising a housing having disposed therein a rotor and a cover, the housing has a cylindrical shape and is closed on two sides covers: left with fastening thereto an inner cylinder having a bypass channel, and the right-shifted from the center body recess below the rotor bearing compression overlap on semicircular inserts roller mounted in recesses and having a bypass through-passageways and an aperture in the center, which is pressed into the shaft, in turn, inserted in bearings which are molded into the housing cover, right cover and has a through opening for the exhaust, purge inlet port channel and a groove.

ROTARY INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINE

ROTARY INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINE

FIG. 1 and 2, a rotary internal combustion engine at different cycles of operation.

The internal combustion engine rotor comprises a housing 1, a rotor 3, the recess 2 under the rotor 3, compression slab 4, the inner cylinder 5, the combustion chamber 6, a camera 7 intake and fuel supply groove 8 in the inner wall of the rotor 3, the passageway 9 of the rotor 3, overflow box 10 of the rotor 3, the right cover 11, box 12 of the right cover 11, a window 13 for exhaust, vent channel 14 of the right cover 11; channel 15 of the inner cylinder 5, a large persistent half ring 16, a small persistent half ring 17, a spring 18, a seal 19, the groove 20 under compression slab, rolling pads 21.

The housing 1 has two cylindrical shaped cover. The left cover (not shown) enters the housing from rubbing on one diameter, has a different diameter and thread screwed into the housing during operation by means of automatically selecting spetspruzhiny side clearances of the rotor 3 and 4 overlap compression.

To it is fixed on the center inner cylinder 5, the free end of which is in contact with the bottom of the rotor 3 in the inner side of the cylinder height strictly corresponds to the depth of the rotor 3. The right cap 11 has a recess 2, into which is inserted the rotor 3 configured as a cup. The depth of the groove 2 must strictly correspond to the thickness of the bottom of the rotor 3. The rotor assembly inside of the bottom 3 should be a single plane in the pair with the inside of the right cover 11, untouched recess under the rotor 3.

These made up the slip planes at the side plane of the compression side overlap. In the right cover has a vent channel 14, the inner cylinder is channel 15.

When combining the bypass ports 10 of the rotor 3 and channel 9 with channels 14 and 15 occurs message chambers 7 and 6 in the right cover 11 has a window 13 for discharging gases and a through hole (not shown) to exit pressed into the rotor shaft 3, in the hole two molded bearing carrier. The cover 11 has an inlet port 12 in the form of a groove. The walls of the rotor 3 has the groove 20, reaching the bottom inside of the rotor 3, strictly coming in one plane with it. Groove 20 are designed for compression overlapping sliding when working on longitudinal semi-circular inserts Rolling 21.

The end face of the rotor 3 from the left cover of the body 1 is strictly in one plane with the beams and the ends of compression roller inserts. In the inner wall of the rotor 3 has a recess 8 for increasing the volume of the chamber 7.

As the wear of persistent half rings 16 and 17 there is a constant urging spring 18 half-ring 17. Hole in the candle body is not specified.

Rotary internal combustion engine is a complete absence of the timing, the lack of workflows with rapid moves, is satisfying given the mechanics of compression, has anti-wear design.

The motor has four chambers, two chambers and the intake of fuel and two combustion chambers. If necessary, the number of cameras can be increased. This allowed the interchangeability of the combustion chambers and the charge supply chambers when moving channels; and allowed to use all of the combustion chamber by cameras provided auxiliary fuel injection mechanisms.

CLAIM

Internal combustion engine comprising a housing having disposed therein a rotor and a cover, wherein the housing has a cylindrical shape and is closed on two sides covers: left with fastening thereto an inner cylinder having a bypass channel, and the right-shifted from the center of the recess body under rotor bearing compression overlap on semicircular inserts roller mounted in a recess, also having a bypass through-passageways and an aperture in the center, which is pressed into the shaft, in turn inserted in bearings which are molded into the housing cover, right cover and has a through an opening for the exhaust, purge and outlet port channel in the form of a groove.
