The invention may be used in internal combustion engines. A device for producing steam and additives, hydrogen and oxygen in an internal combustion engine comprises a reservoir with liquid and gas cavities tube. The tank mounted electrodes connected to the generator, and the tank is filled with an aqueous alkaline solution. The device is provided with a container for collecting condensate which is connected with a gas reservoir and the cavity of the suction motor and the heater system installed on the exhaust line. Liquid reservoir cavity is connected to a radiator. The vacuum created in the intake system of the engine sucks in air heated radiator. The air drawn into the tank and heated in the air heater is fed into the tank for the electrolyte is lowered in the tube, in which a check valve. Condensate collection is installed on the suction pipe, the end of which is set ognenepronitsaemaya grid. The technical result is the ability to work effectively in the motor fuel with a lower octane number and to reduce the toxicity of exhaust gases.
DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The invention relates to mechanical engineering, in particular to internal combustion engines.
It is known that the addition of hydrogen to the engine reduces exhaust emissions and can operate on fuel with a lower octane number (see the article "Gasoline is over, the water - never." // Magazine Behind the wheel 2, 2001, pp 57-58..).
A device for receiving and auxiliary steam, hydrogen and oxygen in an internal combustion engine, comprising a reservoir with the liquid and gas cavities, pipes, and the reservoir installed connected to the generator electrodes, and a reservoir filled with an aqueous alkaline solution (see. Patent of the Russian Federation 2044151 , IPC F 02 M 27/00, publ. 1995 YG). The disadvantage of this device is the fact that the device does not have the capacity to collect the condensate, a heater for heating the air entering the reservoir and ognenepronitsaemaya mesh on the suction tube.
The object of the invention is to achieve the possibility of efficient operation of the engine on fuel with a lower octane number and reduction of toxicity of exhaust gases.
The problem is solved in that the device for producing and auxiliary steam, hydrogen and oxygen in an internal combustion engine, comprising a reservoir with the liquid and gas cavities, pipes, and the reservoir installed connected to the generator electrodes, and a reservoir filled with an aqueous alkaline solution in accordance invention is provided with a condensate collection tank coupled to a gas reservoir and the cavity of the suction system of the engine, a radiator mounted on the exhaust pipe, the liquid reservoir chamber is connected to a radiator, and the vacuum created in the intake system of the engine sucks air heated in air heater.
In this case the air sucked into the tank and heated in the air heater is fed into the tank for the electrolyte is lowered in the tube, in which a check valve, and the condensate collecting container is installed on the suction pipe, which is installed at the end ognenepronitsaemaya mesh.

The device 1 include a reservoir having a liquid and a gas space 2 and 3, respectively. The tank 1 are omitted electrodes 4 which are connected to the motor generator. To generate electricity by electrolysis of water, the motor must be a more powerful or a separate generator.
Liquid cavity 2 connected tubes 5 and 6, including a check valve 8, a radiator 7, which is a cylinder with a set of mesh and baffles mounted on the exhaust pipe 9. The cavity 3 is connected gas tube 10 with the container 11 for collecting condensate that tube 12 consisting ognenepronitsaemuyu 13 mesh, is connected to a suction system 14, 15 of the internal combustion engine.
Device operates as follows
Before joining the tank 1 is filled with the electrolyte, which is distilled water, alkalized, for example, salts of NaOH or KOH for more intensive water electrolysis process.
When the current from the motor generator 4 is supplied to the electrodes, the electrolysis of water occurs at the hydrogen and oxygen, which together with the evolved steam enter the gas chamber 3. The vacuum created in the suction system 14 sucks the gas from the cavity 3 through the tubes 12 and 10, and wherein the vapor condensate is accidentally deposited alkali tube 10 in the container 11. The created in the vacuum chamber 3 sucks through the tubes 5 and 6 preheated air into air heater 8, which opens into the electrolyte through the conduit 5 in the form of bubbles, creating intense mixing of the electrolyte. This provides a heating of the electrolyte, which is necessary for efficient electrolysis of water flushes bubbles of hydrogen and oxygen from the electrodes 4 and promotes the release of hydrogen bubbles from the electrolyte and oxygen gas in the cavity 3.
At random in the exhaust manifold 14 of the suction system (for example, when the engine silencing) mesh 13 prevents the spread of fire through the conduit 12 and the check valve 7 prevents spillage of electrolyte through the tube 5 when the pressure in the cavity 3 is formed.
As the decrease in electrolyte tank 1 distilled water is added. Control of the concentration of the electrolyte is carried out by the ammeter included in the network between the generator and the electrodes.
For practical testing of manufactured devices it was installed on the motor vehicle Muscovite - 412 IE and tests were conducted. The toxicity of the gases tested on installation INFRALYTIC. Type GA-400, N013709.
As a result of tests, that the current is increased from 0 to 20 A quantity of oxygen in the exhaust gas decreased by 44%, the air to fuel ratio ( ) Approached unity, carbon dioxide (CO 2) has increased by 23%, carbon monoxide (CO) remained virtually unchanged, and hydrocarbon (CH) has decreased three times (see FIG. 2).
Tests on the possibility of replacing gasoline A-92 to A-76 were carried out on the same Moskvich - 412 IE engine with 412 e having a compression ratio of 8.5, and working according to the instruction manual, petrol with octane numbers 93-95. Gasoline consumption in one experience was 700 ml, speed was 80 km / h.
Compare serial version of the car works on petrol A-92 from the machine operation on gasoline A-76 with the installation of the device, when applying current to the electrodes 15 A.
The test results are shown in Table.
The table shows that when driving on gasoline A-76 offered the same time acceleration device that gasoline and A-92, wherein the engine knock was observed. This indicates the possibility of replacing gasoline A-93 to A-76 with the use of the proposed device.
Although the consumption of gasoline A-76 at 1 km run of the car more than 5.3%, but the cost of petrol at 1 km run is less than 9.6%, due to the difference in gasoline prices.
Thus, the device is technologically easy to manufacture, can be used in internal combustion engines with less fuel octane reduces exhaust emissions.
In addition, it is noted that the operation of the machine with the proposed device in the winter the engine easier to start up and running more stable in warm-up period, although individual experiences of these indicators are not carried out.
