Use: a rotary annular disc internal combustion engine can be used as an internal combustion engine, compressor or pump. The inventive cylinder formed on a disk slidably mounted to the axle and connected to the hollow rotor so that they rotate at the same angular velocity; pistons dividing plates are made to slidably mounted on the floor and the rotor axis so that the movement is provided by steam, cylinder piston relative to each other; axis and a hollow cylindrical rotor their ends slidably mounted in the end cap of the hollow cylindrical rotor washers are attached to each other spokes, forming a "squirrel cage".

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to rotary piston engines and can be used as an internal combustion engine, compressor or pump.

Known rotary-piston Wankel engine, where the degree of sealing of the working chamber is high enough, but the design is complicated to manufacture [1]

Known rotary plate machine which may operate in motor mode, comprising a fixed body with an inner cylindrical bore, a hollow cylindrical rotor mounted eccentrically in the bore to its axis. The bore has a working fluid inlet and outlet windows. The rotor made profiled radial grooves defined therein inserts which are placed in separating plates. Partition plates are installed in the eyes, covering the axis coinciding with the axis of the bore. The disadvantage of this design is the low degree of sealing working chambers [2]

To eliminate these drawbacks is proposed design disk circular rotary engine, wherein the dividing plates on both sides are mounted pistons and the cylinders are made to drive movable sitting on the axis so that the pistons come into cylinders to provide movement of the pair of the piston-cylinder relative to each other . Hollow rotor movably fastened on both sides to the left and right end caps housing, it holds for the selection of gear torque. Similarly, to the end plates and the axis is fixed. The disc is connected to a rod or a hollow rotor with a satellite gear, so that the hollow rotor drive and rotate at the same angular velocity.

DISC RING rotary internal combustion engine

FIG. 1 shows the proposed circular disk motor configured as an internal combustion engine, a cross-sectional view: Fig. 2 is a longitudinal section.

DISC RING rotary internal combustion engine

Disk annular rotary engine comprises a shaft 1 slidably mounted in the molded end caps 7 and 8 on the axle by means of the lugs 9 at one end fastened separation plate 2 on the separation plate from two sides performed piston 4 on the axis 1 and adjustably mounted disc 12 with cylinder 3 so that the pistons in adjacent plates includes a cylinder 11 forming a combustion chamber; disc 12 slides along the surface 21 of the end cap 7; There are 13 windows in the disc, through which the inserts 5 spokes and 17. The dividing plate 2 by means of the insert 5 with the groove mates with eccentrically located with respect to the hollow rotor 6 axis 1, consisting of two cylindrical washers 15 and 16 are bonded to each other spokes 17 thus forming a "squirrel cage". His cylindrical washers 15 and 16 of the hollow shaft 6 slidably mounted on the left and right 7 8 end caps, cylindrical washers mounted gears 18 and 19 for the selection of torque. The disc 12 is connected to the rotor 6, the hollow rod 22; in the end cap 8 has a window 14 for purging the combustion chamber 10 and for feeding the fuel mixture, and a fuel pump is attached or spark plugs.

Disk annular rotary internal combustion engine operates as follows. When moving the hollow rotor 6 clockwise compressed air (for diesel variant) or of the fuel mixture occurs in the right half of the engine compartment 11, whose volume as rotation of the hollow rotor 6 decreases. When the combustion chamber 11 reaches its lower position, fuel injection occurs (diesel embodiment), the ignition of the fuel-air mixture by a spark plug (not shown). The left half of the combustion engine by acting on the combustion chamber wall, a hollow rotor 6 is rotated clockwise and, when the combustion chamber reaches its upper position, the window 14 is held its purge, fuel mixture filling the combustion chamber through the window 10. Then the process is repeated.
