The invention relates to mechanical engineering and can be used as a non-contact motion transducer. The device comprises a driving member with a permanent magnet coupled to a source of linear mechanical vibrations, a driven member in the form of permanent magnet working elements mounted on a horizontal axis, and a synchronizing mechanism. The driven link is immersed in a tank with a liquid. The working elements are symmetrically mounted floats on the radial rods, each of which is designed as an aneroid box assembled from two spherical clapping membranes with a permanent magnet in the form of an axially magnetized disk. The synchronizing mechanism is made in the form of a movable permanent magnet located under the reservoir and an immovable permanent magnet mounted above the tank, facing the permanent magnets on the floats, respectively, with opposite and the same poles. The technical result is the expansion of the functionality of the device.
DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The invention relates to mechanical engineering and can be used as contactless converters of various types of movement into each other.
There are known devices for converting an oscillatory motion into a reversible rotational one, comprising a leading link in the form of a rod connected to a source of mechanical oscillations, a driven link in the form of a rotary disk mounted in the rotation supports, and a link interaction mechanism consisting of intermediate disks, elastic, friction Deformed elements (see AS of the USSR No. 1296764, class F 16 N 21/48, 1987 [1], ac CCCP No. 1578400, cl. F 16 H 21/48, 1987) [2] .
The disadvantages of known devices are the complexity of the design, the presence of direct contact between the lead and the driven links and, as a consequence, low efficiency, reliability, limited functionality.
A device is also known for contactless conversion of vibrational motion into rotational motion, containing a rotor with permanent magnets and an interacting link with it and with a permanent magnet, mounted with the possibility of reciprocating motion (see AS 667734, class F 16 N 21 / 54, 1977) [3] .
Disadvantages of this device are design and technological complexity, and limited functionality due to very stringent requirements imposed on the nature of the oscillations to be converted in terms of amplitude and direction of action.
The closest device of the same purpose to the claimed invention for a plurality of features is an apparatus for converting an oscillating motion into a reversible rotational motion comprising a driving member with permanent magnets connected to a source of linear mechanical oscillations and made in the form of an incomplete turn of a spiral of a permanent magnet magnetized in the direction of the axis Spirals, the driven link in the form of rigidly mounted on the horizontal axis of working elements, which have the possibility of rotation, and equipped with permanent magnets mounted coaxially to the leading link and forming a wedge-shaped air gap with the latter, and a synchronizing mechanism (see USSR AS No. 1588953, cl. F 16 N 21/54, 1990) [4] , taken for the prototype .
The disadvantages of the known prototype device are the considerable complexity of the design, and, most importantly, the extremely limited functionality. The latter is explained by the possibility of transforming only oscillations with small amplitudes and strictly assignments by the direction of action, by significant losses of power due to the use of the oscillations themselves for the process of transformation, and by the energy inexpediency of using this device to obtain objects of useful rotational energy from the energy of parasitic oscillations.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION consists in creating contactless devices for converting vibrational motion into rotational motion, providing the creation of a unidirectional torque acting on the rotor, due to the use of magnetic interaction forces with relay elements and the ejecting forces of the fluid.
The technical result is the expansion of the functionality of the device.
Said technical result in the implementation of the invention is achieved by the fact that in a known device for converting an oscillatory motion into a reversible rotational motion containing a leading link with a permanent magnet associated with a source of linear mechanical vibrations, the driven member is fixedly mounted on the horizontal axis of the operating elements, And the synchronizing mechanism according to the invention, the driven member is immersed in a reservoir of liquid, the operating elements are symmetrically mounted on radial bars in a plane of the float perpendicular to the horizontal axis, each of which is designed as an aneroid box assembled from two spherical flapping membranes And having a permanent magnet fixed in the form of an axially magnetized disk mounted on a surface remote from the horizontal axis, and the synchronizing mechanism consists of a mounting device located under the reservoir with the possibility of displacing in the horizontal plane a permanent magnet of the driving member and a fixed permanent magnet fixed above the reservoir facing the reservoir The same orientation of the poles to permanent magnets on floats, respectively, with the same and the same poles.

THE WORK OF THE PROPOSED DEVICE IS PROVIDED BY THE FOLLOWING
Assume, in the initial state, that the permanent magnet 1 with the aid of the tool 10 mounted on the vertical oscillation source 2 is shifted to the right of the vertical passing through the axis of rotation 3 of the follower link, and all the floats 7 (aneroid boxes) are in a compressed flat state. Obviously, the proposed device is slightly critical to the amplitude and direction of linear oscillations to be converted into rotation, the necessary character of the aneroid box operation when the character of the oscillations is changed is achieved by the initial adjustment. If in known devices there is a significant loss of energy under such transformations, since the oscillation energy is used for the operation of the conversion mechanism, in the proposed device, the rotation of the driven link is practically realized due to the pushing forces of the liquid. The energy of the linear oscillations only goes to the synchronization of the rotation process, namely, the activation of the aneroid boxes in the given position. Due to this advantage, the proposed device can be used as a generator for generating rotational energy from parasitic random linear oscillations.
