SUBSTANCE: proposed internal combustion piston engine has housing, cylinder block and pistons arranged in cylinders. Connecting rods are connected by cylindrical joints with pistons and swinging. Each connecting rod is made in the form of an eccentric shaft, eccentricity "e", meeting the following conditions:
