SUBSTANCE: proposed rotary engine has fixed housing with intake and outlet ports. Projections - pistons of rotor adjoin inner surfaces of housing. Shutters arranged radially relative to outer surface of rotor are in contact with inner surface of housing and outer surface of rotor. Variable capacity chambers are limited by inner surface of housing, outer surface of rotor and shutters.
EFFECT: improved operation reliability, manufacturability, and facilitated manufacturing of engine.
