SUBSTANCE: external combustion engine includes working cylinder with piston, connecting rod, crankshaft, combustion chamber, auxiliary piston, waste-heat exchanger of accumulator-regenerator filled with heat-absorbing filler and steam line with cylinder. Power of engine is controlled through change of delivery of fuel and delivery of working medium by auxiliary piston.
