Decision on amending the Rules for Parking of Vehicles

P.29 Payment for the cost of services for the use of parking lots for paid parking is carried out:

  • In non-cash form - by purchasing a parking ticket with a certain duration of parking, which indicates the date and time of placing the vehicle on such a site, or using the service "mobile parking";
  • Cash or using a payment card - through a parking machine or automatic entry and exit terminals.

The fact of payment of the cost of services for the use of parking lots for paid parking is confirmed by a payment document , except for cases of providing a "mobile parking" service, when the fact of such payment is confirmed by a protected computerized system.

Payment for the cost of services for the use of parking spaces for paid parking is not performed if the operator does not provide the proper functioning of the means of payment for the cost of these services in accordance with the requirements of this Regulation for the equipment of such sites.
