UPD: 16/12/2013 Klyuev not involved in dispersal of Euromaidan November 30 - Prosecutor General's Office
On Monday, December 16, the General Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine stated that Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Andriy Klyuyev was not involved in the violent dispersal of the protesters on Maydan Nezalezhnosti on the night of November 30.
As stated in the press service of the Prosecutor General's Office, Klyuev on his own initiative on Monday came to the Investigation Department of the Prosecutor General's Office and was interrogated.
"The investigation found that the NSDC secretary Andrei Klyuyev has nothing to do with the events that occurred on the Independence Square on the night of November 29-30, the investigation into this case continues," said First Deputy Prosecutor General Vitaly Bilous.
Earlier, Klyuev himself stated that he denied any involvement in the dispersal of the rally participants for the European integration of Ukraine on November 30 in Kiev.
Currently, the Prosecutor General's Office suspects the former chairman of the Kyiv City State Administration, Alexander Popov, NSDC Deputy Secretary Vladimir Sivkovych and the head of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Kiev Valeriy Koryak in excess of power during the dispersal of the action on Independence Square in Kiev on November 30.

A video appeared on the web, where activists of EuroMaidan detained two drunken policemen.
The incident occurred on Sunday, December 15, during the People's Veche on the Independence Square.
According to eyewitnesses, law enforcement officers behaved quite aggressively, although they hardly stood on their feet. Volunteers of public self-defense led them out of the crowd and called the militia.
Drunken men, according to documents, turned out to be police captain Anatoly Povar and senior inspector Ivan Grabarchuk. The police squad who arrived on the spot took his colleagues in an official car.

Last weekend in Kiev, on the European Square adjacent to Evromaydan, a meeting of the Party of Regions was held, at which Prime Minister Mykola Azarov addressed.
