UPD: 10/23/2014 Parties Poroshenko and Lyashko continue to lead in elections
According to a sociological study of Public Opinion, released today at a press conference in Ukrinform: "the level of support for the Petro Poroshenko Bloc party is 28% of citizens. The second place was taken by the radical party of Oleg Lyashko, which is supported by almost 14% of respondents, a political party The Popular Front received 8%, ”said Vladimir Podgornov, president of the fund. In his opinion, such a trend will remain until election day, which in fact will be the final result of the parliamentary campaign.
Choosing which party to vote for, citizens give preference to those who have demonstrated practical activity, concrete actions in solving problems (27%), the personality of the leader who leads the political force plays a great role (almost 25%). The party program and official statements of party leaders (6%) are of the least importance for respondents.
According to the results of the study, almost half of the population of Ukraine believes that political parties should attract real specialists and professional cadres (43% of respondents support this idea) and prevent their outflow, as well as pay more attention to young cadres (almost 40% of respondents support this idea). Existing parties should demonstrate openness (does this emphasize? Respondents) and radicalism (this is stated by more than 20% of respondents) in resolving pressing issues. At the same time, only up to 7.5% of respondents note ideological approaches to solving specific problems that concern ordinary citizens.
The timing of the field phase of the study was October 4-17, 2014. The general population of the study was the population of Ukraine aged 18 years and older. The sample size was 2,000 respondents. Research method - personal formalized interview according to the questionnaire.
The error of the representativeness of the study is +/- 2.4%.
