UPD: 09/26/2014 In the State Duma they demand that the Wikipedia articles be added to the "black list", where there is a mention of the "annexation" of the Crimea
Roskomnadzor has already added to the black list of banned sites of the article "Wikipedia", which are contrary to Russian legislation.

Roman Khudyakov, LDPR deputy, appealed to Alexander Zharov, head of the Federal Service for Supervision in the Sphere of Communications, Information Technologies and Mass Communications, to add to the black list of prohibited sites Wikipedia articles that spread information about the Russian occupation of Crimea, Izvestia writes.
Earlier, Roskomnadzor has already added to the black list of banned sites Wikipedia articles, which run counter to Russian legislation.
Representatives of Roskomnadzor and the administration of Wikipedia declined to comment. The Khudyakova initiative was criticized by an expert in the field of IT technologies, the director of NP Information Culture, Ivan Begtin: "And why the deputies do not pay attention and do not write to Roskomnadzor that the BBC or CNN write about this and about the same wording, maybe they also need to be blocked.
