Mine definitions

Among all those games that a player can assign, there may be another game - a miser. Assigning a miser, the player undertakes not to take any bribes in the process of drawing without a trump card. There are different opinions about the rules of trade and the cost of a miner, and therefore we will consider one of the opinions, which in our opinion is considered more correct:
1. In the process of trading, the user who wants to play a miner must declare immediately the first ad he declares.
2. Mizer is older than "8 BK", but weaker than "9 peak".
Note: if the player said nine, then there is no maser.
Continuing to bargain statements: "Mizzer without a purchase," "Nine without a purchase" are considered incorrect and unacceptable. The third participant of the game can continue trading by announcing nine in the older game. It is also important to note that the minus second mizer does not interrupt.
3. That player who wants to play a minuscule can invite the handler to split with him the win or loss in half. After that the handler looks at the cards of the invited person and gives his negative or positive answer. In the event that the proposal is accepted, then the game is played by them jointly and on an equal footing. After it ends, the invitee makes exactly the same record as if he played a minus one. Between the participants of the transaction, the calculation, when minimized in half, is conducted by recording whists against each other.
4. The minuscule play is played out. If the first move belongs to the player, then he makes it in the dark.
5. There are no whistlers and no grazing during the draw. Therefore, if the players want to catch it, then they work out a general plan for catching. Implementation of the plan (discarding cards from both hands) is assigned to one of the players.
6. The player writes a bullet in 100 points for the played minus one. In the mountains he writes 100 points for not playing a minus for each taken bribe. Other players do not write whistles.
7. With a maser, which was played in half, the guest writes on the player playing 50 whists. When the player is not playing, the player writes on the invited person for 50 whists for each taken bribe.
Next, we give some definitions, which are used in declarations of the maser.
A clean or unplayed suit is a layout in which the player can not be forced to take a bribe in this suit, regardless of the layout of the remaining cards and when moving with any hand. For example: 7; 78, 789; 78910; 789B; 789D; 78910B; 7810D and so on up to 78910VDKT.
Conditionally pure suit is a layout, in which the player can not be forced to take a bribe in this suit only at someone else's turn. For example: 79; 78B; 79B; 78VD; 79VD; 79VK and so on to 79VDKT.
Lovel suit - a layout in which the absence or presence of bribes depends on the general layout of other hands. For example: 710; 7B; 710B; 710D; 710K; 710T; 79D; 79K; 710DT; 79DK; 789T; 79КТ; 710DKT; 8; 9; 10; 89; 810 and so on.
A pure miser is a miser, which includes, in addition to conditionally clean suits, at least one unprotected suit. A pure miser can not be caught.
Mizer, which includes only conventionally clean suits, can not be caught only in the course of someone else's move.
Mizer, which includes at least one faked suit, is estimated by the results of hands folding.
