The aim of solitaire: It is necessary to collect all the cards on the base piles in the descending and ascending sequences in the suit.

Rules of Solitaire. Two decks are mixed into one. The resulting deck is carefully shuffled and laid out 24 fan games on 4 cards in each fan. Bottom lay a row of the remaining eight cards are back-up piles. There are 8 places on the top of the layout: 4 for aces of different suits and 4 for kings of different suits. The cards are laid out in the ascending sequences in the suit, and the cards are laid out on the kings in descending sequences in the suit. You can move the top cards and game fans, you can move both to the basic stacks and to the backup stacks. It is forbidden to move cards from one fan to another. Fans that are left without cards are not filled with cards. It is allowed to move the reserve card only to the base stacks. After all the possibilities for moving the cards are exhausted, it is allowed to collect all the cards in the fans, shuffle and re-arrange the cards for 4 cards. So it is allowed to do 2 times.

Solitaire converged if all the cards are collected on the base piles in ascending sequences in a suit on aces and descending sequences in a suit on kings.
