Map Replacement (7 Ways)

This reception is based on a large number of tricks. Thanks to this method, the map, which is shown to the audience, turns into a completely different map. There are 7 basic ways to replace a card.

The first way. We take a deck of cards in the left hand for delivery. The card you want to replace is held in your right hand between the index finger and the ring finger. This card must be on top of the deck. To do this, you need to do the following. Slide this card a little bit forward with the thumb of the left hand so that it protrudes from the other cards. Then do everything in one moment, quickly draw your hands closer to each other and at that moment put the card that you hold in your right hand under the deck. To do this, open the middle, ring finger and little finger on your left hand, and use your index finger to free it as soon as the card reaches the deck. At the same time it is necessary to take a large and index finger of the right hand card, which protrudes from the edge of the deck. Due to this execution, when the hands are separated, this card is in place of the card that was before in the right hand. A quick connection of the hands will help to hide a slight turn to the right or to the left. When connecting hands, you can move like the right hand, and keep the left hand in place, and the left hand, and keep the right one in place. It all depends on where you turn.

The second way. This method is intended for beginners who have not yet acquired sufficient skills in other ways of replacing the card. To do this, take the deck and place it face upright in front of the audience. The card to be replaced is at the bottom and the viewers can see it perfectly. The card to be replaced is on top of the deck. Hold the deck with both hands, and both cards should protrude slightly to the right above all the other cards. The lower card should be between the index and ring fingers of the right hand, and the top card should be between the thumb and index finger of the right hand. After that you ask the audience to remember the bottom card. Then turn the deck down with the front side and immediately with your right hand push out the top card. Viewers will think that this is the map they saw from the bottom, and this will be another map.

For this, the card that you want to change, hold the thumb, index and ring fingers of your right hand with your shirt facing up. The thumb is on top of the card, and the rest are on the bottom of the deck. The deck is completely in the left hand as when the cards are dealt. The card to be changed must be on top. The card is replaced by a quick hand movement. Quickly move your hands together, slide the top card with your right thumb, and at the same time slide the map from the right hand to the top of the deck with a sliding motion. Now these two cards, which are interchanged, are between the large, index and middle fingers of the right hand. Then, slightly press the top card with the thumb of the left hand to move it back and then quickly take out the right hand, slightly pressing two fingers on the front side of the second card. This is how the card is replaced. If the process of substituting a card occurs without a hitch and in a neat execution, the viewers will never see a substitution. The main difficulty of reception is to put the card you hold on top of the deck. In order to perform this trick, you need to find an excuse. You can ask viewers to pay attention to any of your actions that you do not intend to do. For example, you say: "Please see, I do not put a card in the deck for a moment" - and at the same moment, just draw your hands and make a substitution of the card. Your actions should be perceived as an expressive gesture and nothing more. Your movements should be natural.

Use the reception of volts , move the card up and hide it in the palm of your hand. After this, give the shuffle deck to someone from the audience, and when you return it, pull out any card in the following way. The card you pulled was held between the thumb and forefinger of the right hand, where the card is hidden. Tell the audience that this is the card that the viewer chose. The audience will not agree with you, but you will hesitate and ask if the viewer who chooses the map is sure that this is not the card. Simultaneously draw a card with a shirt up between the thumb and forefinger of the left hand, just as you were holding in your right hand. At the moment the hidden map is directly above the map you are showing, even near a short distance they will look like one card. Now, since all viewers are not sure that this is the card they have chosen, it's worth turning it into the desired map. To do this, you ask the viewer which card he chose, and wait for his answer. When you hear what the viewer said, then keep saying: "I'll put the wrong card on my hand and turn it into your card or I can turn it into your hands." Hold the card face down. And the map turns into the desired map. The thing is that with the words "on your hand" you put both cards for a moment on the palm of your left hand and deftly move out the top card that you need, and hide the other card in your hand, which is lowered from the side. And you can in the process of finding out where the map is, to say that the card is in the pocket of such a viewer. You confirm your words if you lower the left hand, in which the card is hidden, into the pocket of the viewer and pull this card out of your pocket.
