Overall lights in the form of luminous white circles like not everyone likes, but if you want so much and you are not afraid of problems with traffic police, you can put "angel eyes" on a domestic car. Best of all - on a car with a round front optics, for example, VAZ-2106 or 21213. Of course, the same can be done with a foreign car, for example, the "old woman" BMW E30 - it will look much steeper after that.

For work it is necessary to obtain a transparent plastic rod, capable of withstanding a high temperature. It is recommended to search in shops where curtains and blinds are sold. However, hex handles for blinds are not suitable because of the emptiness in the interior.

From the instrument you need pliers, cutters or saws for metal, a file or a drill with a cutting circle, a construction hair dryer, a soldering iron. You will also need a large flat container, into which you can put a rod; A large round pot (for example, from under the canned tomatoes of Bulgaria), an insulation tape (preferably coal), 220 ohm resistors, 3.5 volt LEDs (4 pcs.), Wires and connectors.

We select the length of the rod: for example, a piece of a thin hose, or we calculate according to the formula 3.14 x D (where D is the internal diameter of the headlamp). Cut the rod. Warm it in a prepared container with a hair dryer or boil - until it becomes soft.

Carefully remove the workpiece with pliers, wrap around the can. Hold until the workpiece cools down. Solder resistors to the legs of the LEDs. For each headlight you need 2 diodes. Soldering the LEDs to the "plus" of the bulb, do not mix the polarity. All connections must be carefully insulated with tape. Check how it works.

Make a few dozen notches on the ring to a depth of not more than 1/3, on the outside. Nadpils are needed to make the light "radiant", otherwise it will not be "angelic eyes," but the devil knows what. While working with a drill (or a hacksaw), be careful.

To install the ring in the headlight will have to remove the glass. Standard "gabaritka" can be removed - and the hole is preferably damped. And place the diodes above, so that they do not catch your eye. The ring is held without fasteners, pressed glass to the reflector.

Unfortunately, the photo can not transmit the real image. In fact, the glow is weaker and only the dashes in the place of the filings are visible.

Tuning is a slippery business. You did all this at your own peril and risk. If, while passing the inspection, you will look at the inspector with "angel eyes", he will definitely wrap you up. However, once a year the lights can also be changed to the usual ones ...
