The building of a greenhouse made of PVC pipes can be compared with the designer LEGO. Since when manufacturing a greenhouse , you do not need any complicated tool. The greenhouse can be installed both permanently from honeycomb polycarbonate, and for the season covered with greenhouse film, after which it can be easily disassembled. And the main advantage of such a greenhouse is that it is not susceptible to decay as opposed to wooden greenhouses.

First of all, it is necessary to level the surface of the selected plot of land and drive from the sides (B) of the greenhouse, the pegs to a depth of 25 cm. This is necessary so that the arcs from the PVC pipe do not unbend. Then we collect the base from the drawing below.

It is advisable to finish the tees and run them through so that the pipe passes through them. In this case, all tees can be fixed using self-tapping screws. Then the structure of the greenhouse will be collapsible.

But it is possible to leave the tees unchanged, only in this case it will be necessary to cut the pipe into smaller pieces, and for greater strength all tees need to be adhered to the glue (especially in the center of the arches). The greenhouse will NOT be dismountable.

Next, install the arches and connections between them.

The next step is to make doors and windows for the greenhouse. They are collected according to the figures given.

The hinges are made of two 10 cm lengths of PVC pipes (H) 1-1 / 4 "in diameter. We glue the pieces together, and fix the hinge to the frame with a screw.

The latches on the door and the window can be made from a piece of pipe 1-1 / 4 ", previously cutting 1/4 of the circumference along the pipe and smoothing the edges.

Clips under the film, as well as latches can be made from a tube, only in this case for tight fixation of the film you need to use 1 "pipe sections.

The final stage in the construction, will be covering the greenhouse with a greenhouse film. To prevent the film from sagging, it is advisable to lay it in warm weather. The film is fixed using self-made clamps along the perimeter of the greenhouse. Thanks to the clamps, the sagging film in the future can be tightened. The shortcomings of the greenhouse film can be attributed, the fragility of the coating of the 1-2 season and weak thermal insulation.

If you are planning to build a stationary greenhouse, then it is purposeful to use polycarbonate honeycomb, the service life of which is not less than 10-12 years. At the same time, it must be laid in such a way that the honeycombs are perpendicular to the ground. This is necessary to ensure that the moisture that has got inside can flow freely, otherwise during frosts water can destroy polycarbonate. Fix cellular polycarbonate, it is necessary to the arches with the help of screws and special thermowells.
