Craftsmen can make such a shovel-harvester next spring. It will help to plant potatoes quickly, without much fatigue. If this is done with an ordinary shovel, then you have to make a great many unnecessary movements: bend over, dig a hole, throw in a tuber, cover it with earth. The proposed device combines all operations. The scheme of his work is this: two triangular shovels are welded to two handles, which in the closed position resemble a beak. By clicking on it, the shovel is easily deepened into the ground (see. Fig.).
Now you need to bring the arms together - the "beak" under the ground will open. They throw a tuber into it and pull out the “open” shovel. In this case, the soil will fall asleep potatoes.
