A bit about static and dynamic IP addresses

The IP address can be permanent (static), and can change every time you connect to the Internet (dynamic IP). It depends on your provider. Typically, the address of the computer on the Internet varies with each connection within a certain range of free IP-addresses available to the provider at the time of your connection to it. By itself, if you have not disconnected from the Internet and do not use a proxy server, the IP address of the computer can not change.

Determine whether your static IP address or dynamic is either experienced by disconnecting and connecting to the Internet and determining the IP after each connection, or by calling your technical support provider and asking about it.

If you really need a permanent IP, many providers have such an additional service, usually paid.

Find IP addresses on the local network can be any IP scanner, such a feature is in the Shadow scan or IP Tools
