Short adductor muscle , m. Adductor brevis, triangular; Is located deeper than the previous one. The muscle begins on the front surface of the lower branch of the pubic bone , lateral to m. Gracilis . Going down and outward, slightly widens, attaching to the upper third of the medial lip of the rough line of the femur .

Function: leads the hip, participating in its bending and turning outwards.

Innervation: anterior branch n. Obturatorii (LII-LIV).

Blood supply: a. Obturatoria, aa. Perforates.
