Labia minora, labia minora pudendi, are two thin folds of skin located in the longitudinal direction inwards from the labia majora. They are the same color as the inner surface of the labia majora; their free edges sometimes protrude through the sex gap. The base of the labia minora is separated from the grooves of the labia majora.

The front portion of each small labia is divided into two legs - external and internal. Internal or lower, the legs of both lips, interconnected and fixed on the rear side to the head of the clitoris form the bridle of the clitoris, frenulum clitoridis, and both the outer or upper leg, connecting to the rear of the clitoris, formed from the upper surface of the foreskin clitoris, preputium clitoridis. Approximately in the middle of the inner surface of the labia majora can be seen as small labia posteriorly gradually merge with large or connected to one another to form a bridle labia, frenulum labiorum pudendi.

In the interior of the labia minora lie venous vessels, resembling a cavernous body, as well as nerves, arteries, elastic fibers and smooth muscle fibers; in the skin have sebaceous glands.

Innervation: large and small labia - nn. labiales anteriores (from n. ilioinguinalis), nn. labiales posteriores (from n. pudendus), r. genitalis (from n. genitofemoralis).

Krovosvobzhepie: rr. labiales anteriores (from a. pudendae externae), rr. labiales posteriores (from a. perinealis). Venous blood flowing in the veins of the same name by v. iliaca interna. Lymphatic vessels withdrawn to the lymph nodi lymphatici inguinales superficiales.
