Composition : Strumel Tablets : 1 tablet contains: Spongia D3 150 mg; Calcium jodatum D4 90 mg; Silicea D4, Fucus vesicilosus D4 to 30 mg (1 tablet contains 9.3 g iodine). Drops Strumel forte H : 100 ml contains: Spongia D2 50 ml, Calcium jodatum D3 30 ml, Acidum silicicum colloidale D3, Fucus vesicilosus D3 10 ml (10 drops contain 70 μg of iodine). Contains alcohol 40 volume%.
Indications: Goiter parenchymal (diffuse, juvenile-juvenile), goiter prevention, atherosclerosis and other conditions, where the application of iodine is shown.
Contraindications: Increased flair for iodine; Do not use for thyroid disorders without a doctor's appointment.
Side effects: Excessive thyroid gland function may be exacerbated.
Dosage: Servings should be selected individually. Strumel tablets : usually under the talk 1 tablet 3 times a day. Strumel forte N drops : usually 10 drops 3 times a day.
Form of release and packing: Strumel tablets : the package contains 50 or 250 tablets. Strumel forte N drops : the bottle-dropper contains 30 or 100 ml.

Based on the homeopathic components included in this preparation, Strumeel is prescribed for iodine therapy in parenchyma goitre (Strumeel forte N), for the prevention of goiter (Strumeel-pill), for arteriosclerosis, coronary sclerosis, for adjunctive therapy for aortic aneurysm (along with Kalmia -Injeel forte, Barijodeel, Mercurius jodatus flavus-Injeel), with hypertension, obesity, scrofulous swellings of the glands, reticulosis (along with Galium-Heel, Lymphomyosot, Psorinoheel, Traumeel S), cough with croup (together with Husteel, Aconitum-Homaccord ).
Dosage depends on the disease, its stage and symptoms and is 2-4 times a day for 1 tablet or 3 times a day for 2 tablets; 2 times a day for 5 drops (for prevention) or 3 times a day for 10-20 drops (for therapy). Children for prevention - 1-2 times a day for 1 tablet. Dosage is prescribed strictly individually.
