Brief description of the indications for the use of individual components of the formulation: Anamirta cocculus Dizziness of different onset; Sickness of the course, nausea; Calcification of cerebral vessels (cerebral sclerosis); Nervous disorders and depression, especially when you are not getting enough sleep. Conium Calcification of cerebral vessels (cerebral sclerosis); Depression. Ambra Increased nervous excitability, nervous exhaustion; Disorders of the autonomic nervous system; Depression; Calcification of cerebral vessels, premature aging. Petroleum rectificatum Inflammation of the digestive tract; Dizziness.

The components of the preparation Anamirta cocculus, Ambra, Petroleum, which are part of this preparation, have complex potentiated counteraction (the Burg principle) and cause the opposite effect (the Arndt-Schulz principle).

The main therapeutic effect (oligodynamic) is not only the trace elements - sulphates, acetates, chlorides, phosphates and nitrates of calcium, potassium, iron, magnesium and manganese, contained in Conium, but also the main synthesized alkaloid (Ladenburg, 1888) - Coniin, Propylpiperidine having the formula C8H17N.

The picrotoxin contained in Anamirta cocculus stimulates the activity of the central nervous system. It acts on the brain and spinal cord, activating the secretion of adrenaline and the effect of Conium.

The aromatic compounds contained in the ambre, similar to the cholesterol ambraine and contained in Petroleum (nausea and vomiting when moving), carbohydrates supplement the general action of the drug.

Based on the homeopathic components included in this drug, Vertigoheel is prescribed for dizziness of various origins, for Meunier syndrome (dizziness, nausea, ear hubbub), with dizziness on the nervous ground or caused by arteriosclerotic changes in combination with or without hypertension; With acute concussions of the brain and therapy of its consequences.
